'This is what happens when you don't recycle pizza boxes': Greta Thunberg BURNS Andrew Tate after arrest
BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Greta Thunberg has taken another dig at Andrew Tate following his arrest in Romania over an investigation into a human trafficking and rape case. The "toxic" influencer was arrested on Thursday, December 29, along with his brother Tristan Tate for allegedly abducting two girls in Romania.
The 19-year-old climate activist on Friday, December 30, clapped back at the self-proclaimed misogynist with a tweet reading, "This is what happens when you don't recycle your pizza boxes" referring to claims that Andrew's whereabouts in Bucharest were tracked down from a video where he threw shades at Thunberg while eating pizza from a box marked Jerry's Pizza. Earlier this week, Andrew locked horns with Swedish eco-activist after he asked her to comment on the carbon emissions of his "33 cars," as he wrote, “Please provide your email address so I can send a complete list of my car collection and their respective enormous emissions.” To which, Thunberg replied, “Yes, please do enlighten me. Email me at smalld**kenergy@getalife.com.”

The Tate brothers are currently being questioned by the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) over the alleged case. As per Daily Mail, the brothers, in April, allegedly abducted two women - one with US citizenship and one Romanian – and held them against their will in their villa where they were subjected to "physical violence and mental coercion" and "sexually exploited by group members by forcing them to perform pornographic demonstrations for the purpose of producing and disseminating through social media platforms."

The brothers alongside two Romanian nationals have been under the organization’s watch since April. DIICOT has also released footage of the raid, in which guns, knives and money can be seen placed on display in one room. Earlier this week, the organization released a statement noting that two British citizens and two Romanian citizens were suspected of being part of a criminal human trafficking group. However, the Tate brothers’ names were not mentioned in the statement.

Andrew and Tristan are both dual citizens of the US and the UK. The brothers were born to an American father and a British mother and grew up partially in both countries. Andrew moved to Romania around five years ago. The former kickboxing world champion gained notoriety in 2016 after he was evicted from the British TV show 'Big Brother' over a video showing him beating a woman with a belt. In 2017, the micro-blogging platform Twitter banned him for promoting misogynistic ideas.
