George Conway lip-syncs to 'Potential Breakup Song' in daughter Claudia's video, Internet gives him '10/10'
Claudia Conway has never shied away from the spotlight. The daughter of Kellyanne Conway, President Donald Trump’s former counselor, and attorney George Conway has been vocal about her political differences with her family and at one point even claimed that she was "officially pushing for emancipation" in the wake of her mother's continuous support for Trump.
According to our previous report, she had ranted in a series of tweets about her differences with her parents. In August, Kellyanne announced that she will leave her post and even George Conway tweeted that he was stepping down from The Lincoln Project. Both stated the need to focus on family as a reason.
According to latest news, Claudia took to TikTok to tease her appearance on the singing competition reality show 'American Idol'. She revealed to her followers that she appeared in 'American Idol' as a participant and had already met Ryan Seacrest. The teenager, in her video, said that she was filming her confessional for the ABC series, which started production in early October for Season 19.
The show is set to debut on Sunday, February 14, 2021. In the video, Claudia says, "Hey guys, I'm here at 'American Idol' confessional. I met Ryan Seacrest today and I have my audition soon, so stay tuned for that. Very, very nervous, but very, very excited."
She soon posted another video, which featured her father lip-syncing to Aly & AJ's ‘Potential Breakup Song’. The video has got almost 50K views. The video is shot outdoors, in a lawn, and the clip cuts away several times. At one point, George is seen to be lip-synching into a mirror and then coming out from behind a potted plant in another part of the video. Taylor Lorenz, reporter at NYT Styles, posted the video. Claudia captioned the video on TikTok saying, “George is ready @americanidol.”

George has been a vocal Trump critic. Recently, New York Magazine Washington correspondent Olivia Nuzzi tweeted, “I have heard a lot of predictions about Donald Trump refusing to leave office, but my prediction is he will leave suddenly. The scenario I can picture most easily is this: sometime soon, he travels to Mar-a-Lago for the weekend as he always has, but this time he just stays there."
George responded by saying, “Totally agree with this. Takes his toys and goes home.” He also tweeted, “But he won’t say he’s not coming back, because he doesn’t want to play up that he’s leaving town in defeat. He just won’t come back.”
