Gabby Petito wanted to have kids with Brian Laundrie, had planned dream wedding

Gabby Petito’s Pinterest mood board showed the photos she pinned for her big day as well as some pictures depicting her desire to have children

After the promising life of Gabby Petito was cut short, many on Internet have expressed their sorrow at the fact that the young woman would never have her cherished dream wedding or children. The Long Island YouTuber’s remains were found on September 19, a few days after she was reported missing by her family to the Suffolk County Police Department. Gabby was on a cross-country trip with her boyfriend Brian Laundrie when she disappeared. Her death was declared a homicide by the FBI on September 21.

Now, people have dug into her social media accounts, including her Pinterest page, where she had pinned a number of pictures for her big day as well as some photos depicting her desire to have children someday. One of Gabby's pages on Pinterest was titled — “life goals” — that contained a large number of flowers and forest-inspired designs. It also featured outdoor ceremonies with one depicting potted plants as wedding gifts. Another personal page of hers read, “Oh Baby,” that had pictures of cute little things that belong to tiny tots.

According to reports, Gabby and Brian had an engagement in July last year, but they called it off because they felt they were not mature enough to get married. “I think they kind of put that on hold just because they felt it was a little fast. They were excited at first, but then they were like, 'let's just wait, we're very young'. So they were really just boyfriend and girlfriend. They went to high school together. They were friends. They got back in touch and started dating,” Gabby's mother, Nichole Schmidt, had said.

But despite postponing the wedding, Gabby continued to plan out her big day online. Also, shockingly her Pinterest page's access was also with her boyfriend as well his mother, Roberta Laundrie. A fan tweeted, “she wanted a wedding, a baby, she wanted to have a family & a future with him just for her to die because of the man she saw the rest of her life with. we’ll find him & he’ll get what’s coming to him. you deserved better than this gabby, so much better. #GabbyPetito.”

Another one wrote, “just absorbing the #GabbyPetito news thinking of everything she could have had in her life. A man that loves her with all her quirks. Her wedding day with him. Their children. We have to teach our daughters to respect themselves. We have to teach them to walk away from abuse.” “It’s sickening to me that Roberta was a collaborator on Gabby’s Life Goals (wedding, baby) board on Pinterest. They were obviously close. Broken heart #justiceforgabbypetito #GabbyPetito #BrianLaundrie #BrianLaundrieMissing,” the third one added.

Besides, checking Gabby’s Pinterest, people also found an account, @blaundrie1197, which apparently belongs to Brian. Though there is no official confirmation of it, the page has reportedly shared albums with Petito’s page as well as with a page that has the display name of his mother.

Brian has been missing for over a week. He was last seen on September 14 and now, the search for him has intensified after Gabby’s remains were found. Among his chilling disappearance, another thing that has shocked people online was a pin he saved several days ago named "The Opposite Of Lost". Besides, there is a folder called, “my Heart,” that contains pale purple and pink clouds along with words, like, “Don't try to find me. I have finally escaped my 'master's' wicked clutches. To the others I say: JOIN ME. Bite the hand that feeds you. Vive La Beberte - Pierre.”
