Spoilers for 'FUBAR' Episode 4

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Luke (Arnold Schwarzenegger) and the entire team made a full-proof plan to get the Great Dane (Adam Pally) out of the prison. The squad needed him so that they could set up a meeting with Boro and capture him red-handed. Everything was smooth until the never-ending arguments between Luke and Emma start to resurface again. They both discuss the relationship between Carter and Emma (Monica Barbaro) and how Luke doesn’t want Emma to end up in a marriage like him and her mother.

Emma gets really annoyed with her father and tells him that they should talk about it later. They both are trying to put a wooden box consisting of MNR into a mini-truck and as they get into an argument, the drivers of the mini-truck just drive the vehicle away. Luke and Emma just keep on looking at the truck as they realize that they “fu***d up" the mission to catch Boro (Gabriel Luna).

The relationship between Luke and Emma in 'FUBAR' is undoubtedly one of the strongest points of the series. Even though their arguments come at the most crucial points of the mission, it is great to see a father-daughter relationship which not entirely bitter.

Luke and Emma screw up as they lose MNR

Well, coming back to the episode, Luke asks his team to him a complete rundown of all the criminal activities in the area. Uncle Barry says that the reactor has uranium-237 in it and if they focus on that, they could get pretty close to knowing the whereabouts of the reactor. Luke wants to postpone the meeting so that they can get their hands on the MNR, but Dane believes that it is not a good idea because Boro might get the idea that he is working for someone else. Dane calls Boro and he refuses to change plans, but the problem is that the team doesn’t have the MNR.

As a result, Luke makes the decision of shutting down the entire operation and bringing Uncle Barry back from prison. The Great Dane will be taken back to the prison and no one will have the slightest idea that Dane ever got out of his prison.

Did the Great Dane betray Luke and the team?

Dane seems to be having an anxiety attack and goes to the bathroom. A few moments later, Luke bangs on the door of the bathroom to call Dane out, and it turns out that Dane has LEFT the building through a bathroom window. Before leaving the building, he wrote, “YOU CHANGED THE DEAL” on the bathroom mirror.

Their mission has been compromised badly and now they don’t stand any chance to complete it. First, they lost the MNR and then, they lost the man who could have been the most integral part of the mission. On the other hand, Boro doesn’t know what’s actually happening and if he doesn’t get his hands on the MNR, he will go berserk. He will hunt Dane down for betraying him and might even kill him.

Meanwhile, Luke, Emma, and his team are on the backfoot because they have no idea about what they should be doing. Will they ever be able to get the MNR back? We’ll get the answer to that burning question when the series moves forward.

'FUBAR' is currently streaming on Netflix.
