Warning: disturbing content. Discretion is advised.
HENRYETTA, OKLAHOMA: An exclusive but unreleased video obtained by KFOR shows drugs, restraints, and sex toys inside the home where Jesse McFadden allegedly killed his wife, Holly Guess, 35, her three teenage children, Rylee Elizabeth Allen, 17, Michael James Mayo, 15, and Tiffany Dore Guess, 13, and their two teenage friends, Ivy Webster, and Brittany Brewer, before turning the gun on himself. The video, though uncomfortable to watch, provides insight into McFadden's behavior and actions before the murders.
McFadden, who was 39 years old, had a history of sexual offenses, including rape, and was set to face trial for another sex crime. He was reportedly given a 20-year sentence for a 2004 first-degree rape charge in Pittsburg County, as per the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. He was also reportedly accused of exchanging nude photos and videos with an underage girl from the Jess Dunn Correctional Center and charged with soliciting sexual communications with a minor and possession/distribution of juvenile content.

Justin, the father of one of the victims named Ivy Webster, called the property owner to request permission to walk through the house where his daughter was killed. "I feel that my daughter, even right now is standing behind me telling me dad 'keep going, keep doing this,'" said Justin. He stated that they needed to investigate the house and wanted the findings to be made public.
Disturbing discovery inside the murder house
Inside the living room, a twin-sized bed was found lying on the floor with a pink patterned blanket covering it. In addition, desktop monitors and a computer tower were discovered in the corner of the room, along with two more computer towers and four additional desktop monitors in different areas of the house. Meanwhile, the adjacent bedroom contained a bed frame with bolted restraints, still affixed with chains.
A shelf filled with books related to witchcraft caught attention, while the sex and bondage devices scattered throughout the room revealed the dark and disturbing side of the house. In the kitchen, about 10 feet away from the living room, a restraint was found bolted to the counter with fresh locks and chains still attached. The garbage bag was piled up and there were several insect pads filled with roaches. The laundry room contained various items, including drug paraphernalia, weapons, a human dog collar, and handcuffs. There was also a syringe that appeared to contain a dark substance, as per the video.
In addition, there was a check written by Holly Guess, McFadden's wife, for a storage unit located at 'U Lock Storage' with a unit number written on it. Some medication labeled as belonging to McFadden was also visible. The investigators then found Ivy's cellphone on a shelf and it was taken as evidence. Additionally, another cell phone and a tablet were found that the police had missed during their initial investigation, and all of the items, including the restraints, drugged chocolate, and syringe still containing drugs, were still there.
'I want more done'
Meanwhile, Justin was trying to understand why it took days to find and retrieve this evidence. "That’s what I just don’t get. I know you guys are hurting too and I know you have a hell of a job too. You saw. You saw my daughter dead, shot in the head and I know what you’re seeing and I know what you went through, but a lot of this stuff needs to be taken."
He further added, "You guys have to come back out here and do a whole ‘nother sweep because you missed so much." "There’s medicine. There’s drugs. Brand new locks that he put in and brand new f***ing key and lock on the counter. Why are we not getting receipts and video out of him purchasing this sh*t? I’m sorry. I’m venting, but I want more done," Justin said to the Investigator.
'My daughter got raped and murdered'
During the conversation, as the family continued to express their frustration and place the blame on law enforcement, the investigator tried to reassure them by saying that he was not one of the officials who had searched the house on Monday afternoon and urged them to calm down. "I’m a grieving parent that my daughter got raped and murdered and you’re telling me right now that I don’t have a right to know what happened. The story’s right here. It’s right here and it’s still sitting here. Still!" yelled Justin. Justin then apologized to the Investigator for yelling at him. "I’m upset. Healing. Trying to heal. Still confused. Still a lot of answers that need to be given," he said.
'I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like this'
NewsNation’s senior national correspondent Brian Entin discussed the exclusive video. "I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like this," Entin said as per NewsNation. "And my first thought was, like, these poor parents with everything they’ve gone through losing their daughter. Now, like touring the crime scene, this untouched crime scene, where these hellish activities clearly happen. So I mean, my heart just goes out to them. I can’t imagine what they’re going through."
