NYPD officers stripped of guns 'to prevent violence' after intimate photos expose 'love rectangle' at precinct
Four NYPD officers have been stripped of their weapons for alleged safety purposes after a "love rectangle" between them was brought to the attention of officials. Tyeis Coppin, one of the officers who had her weapons seized, exposed her sergeant boyfriend Kandou Worley's affair with married subordinate Stephanie Gallardo by posting a series of explicit photographs of the pair on Worley's personal Instagram page.
According to the New York Post, Coppin, a union delegate in the 32nd Precinct, found the incriminating photos of the two on Worley's phone. One of the pictures shows Gallardo with her eyes closed and sporting nothing but a bra while Worley, who was also shirtless, kissed her on the cheek. Another showed the subordinate with her head on Worley's chest as he caressed her hair.
