As per police reports, the four juveniles dragged a girl into a home in Bear - the southern community about 11 miles away from Wilmington, on December 11, after which they raped her.

Daily Mail reported that a police spokesperson revealed the victim's age to be under 18, but didn't mention the exact age due to privacy concerns.

After assaulting the girl, Miller and James-Carter reportedly went on to threaten her with a weapon and warned her not to tell anybody about whatever had happened, added the police. Since the news has come out, detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police Family Services Squad have also launched an investigation and successfully identified the four suspects.
