A social media star who prides herself in having the "flattest bum in the universe" has clapped back at trolls by saying her figure is "cute."

Julie Lorentzen was constantly harangued online for her physique, with some reportedly wondering if she was using a filter. She told her followers on TikTok that she's turned to her personal trainer wife, Camilla, to help her with a workout and nutrition plan to build her pert derriere. Posting on the app as @julieevlorentzen, the social media influencer shared a clip featuring a snap of her bum in a bikini.

"We all know I have the flattest bum in the universe," Julie quipped, adding, "It isn’t offensive, you don’t have to tell me you see a curve - it’s flat and it’s cute." As mentioned, she asked her spouse for help and later showed herself hitting the squat rack and doing hip thrusts in order to build a more curvy bottom in a span of eight weeks.

The comments section was inundated by trolls asking whether she was "using a filter" and cracking jokes at her expense. "Someone really took LMAO literally," one quipped. "Is this edited? Or do you just never sit down," another added. "Where did it go?" someone else asked. "That’s crazy, never seen one like that before," a comment read. "Hahahaha wtf is that," a user wrote, while another joked, "Body like a ruler."

Others, however, lauded her natural figure and said Julie's videos were giving them more confidence about their own "pancake" bums. "Pancake bums unite," one joked. "I think this looks better than a huge bum seriously," another insisted. "Yass all bodies are honestly gorgeous as they are, but society likes to tell us different," someone else offered.

Julie had her fans worried back in July when she landed in the hospital amid her honeymoon. As reported by E! News, the content creator and her wife found themselves fulfilling their "in sickness and in health" vows just a week after their beach wedding in Thailand. Julie posted a series of updates on her Instagram to share that she was admitted to a local medical center after experiencing heaviness in her chest for days.

"Woke up today feeling worse," she wrote at the time, "My face is also super puffy, my eyelids feel like they weigh a tonne, I'm bloated, and IDK if dizzy is the right word but I feel like there's a fog all over my head." She continued in a follow-up post, "Admitted to the cardio center, done blood tests, echo, ECG & going to CT with contrast. They've put me on a monitor and I'm staying overnight."

Doctors continued treatment after confirming her ailment wasn't COVID-19 or thyroid-related. "Gastro thinks it could be something to do with that so they've scheduled a colonoscopy and a bunch of other tests," Julie wrote in an update on Instagram Stories. "They've ruled out anxiety as an option because my symptoms don't match with anxiety-related illness." She added that her and Camilla's planned flight to Rome for the next leg of their honeymoon had been postponed, "so we have time to get to the bottom of this." Julie described her wife as her "rock" and said she had been by her side every step of the way. "I didn't expect to spend my honeymoon in the hospital, but I am," she wrote.

The influencer gushed about her partner in a TikTok video showing the newlyweds eating dinner on her hospital bed. "And I'm glad you're the one who's held my hand through it all," she captioned the clip.
