BUTLER COUNTY, OHIO: Following the re-capturing of four notorious offenders after the jailbreak, the police pursuit has come to an end, the St. Francois County Sheriff's Department in Missouri announced on Saturday. One of the five prisoners Michael Wilkins was arrested in Poplar Bluff on Friday, 70 miles south of the Farmington detention center, from where they escaped.

Kelly McSean, 52; Dakota Pace, 26; Aaron Sebastian, 30, Michael Wilkins; and 37-year-old LuJuan Tucker, escaped the Farmington detention center on Tuesday. The St. Francois County Sheriff's Department Saturday said, "As of this morning, all escaped inmates have been located and taken into custody. While Wilkins was captured in Missouri, Pace, Tucker, McSean, and Sebastian were located hours later in Ohio. The St. Francois County Sheriff’s Department will continue to work with the United States Marshals Service until all inmates are returned back to the Detention Center."

It is believed they gained access to the jail’s rooftop through a "plumbing chase," which is a space in a building that houses plumbing and other pipes, and then they made their way to the ground, according to the sheriff’s department.  The men were able to enter a secured cell and force open a door in the jail around 7 pm Tuesday on their way to the roof of the building, the sheriff’s department said.

On Friday, January 20 at approximately 9:30 pm, troopers from the Hamilton Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol stopped a Scion TC after observing a traffic violation on the state Route 4 Bypass at state Route 129 in Fairfield Township, WLWT reported.

Troopers approached the Scion and made contact with the occupants, who were later determined to be escapees from the St. Francois County Detention Center in Farmington, Missouri. While troopers were talking with them, the vehicle fled the scene and a manhunt was ensued. The Scion came to a stop on Brooke Hill Court near Willow Brook Drive in Liberty Township and the four occupants fled on foot, with troopers taking two suspects quickly into custody.

"Officers, deputies, and troopers began to immediately saturate the area in search of the two remaining suspects," Butler County Sheriff's Office said in a press conference. "During the search, officers from the West Chester Police Department located and apprehended one of the suspects in West Chester Township at 2:15 am. The last suspect was taken into custody by deputies from the Butler County Sheriff's Office after 9 am on Saturday morning, approximately one and a half miles from where all fled on foot.

The two suspects taken into custody by troopers were determined to be Aaron Sebastian, 30, and Kelly McSean, 52. The suspect who was apprehended by officers from the West Chester Police Department was identified as Lujuan Tucker, 37. The remaining suspect, apprehended by Butler County Sheriff's Office deputies, was determined to be Dakota Pace, 26, the outlet reported.

While the four prisoners have been booked in Butler County Jail, they may face additional charges in Ohio, the report mentioned. St. Francois County Sheriff’s Department has stated that "it continues to work with the United States Marshals Service until all inmates are returned back to the Detention Center."
