Robin Niceta: Female Colorado social worker accused of making sexual advances toward at least 40 moms!
DENVER, COLORADO: Robin Niceta, a former Colorado social worker, has been accused of making sexual advances toward at least 40 mothers and threatening to remove their children from their care if they rejected her. The incident happened in Arapahoe county.
The social worker allegedly invited parents and caretakers into her home and offered them alcoholic beverages before making sexual advances. Niceta was arrested for the same on Tuesday, August 23. The incident came to light after Councilwoman Danielle Jurinsky filed a million dollars lawsuit against Niceta on behalf of 40 other women.

Niceta is also accused of attempting to silence her victims with a threat of separating parents from their children, by providing false complaints and evidence to do so. In an interaction with The Gazette, Attorney Elliot Singer, who drafted the lawsuit, said, "So far, several parents have come forward to let us know that they also had their children taken away from them as a result of Robin Niceta's actions related to their cases whether by what they believe to be false testimony during the court of what they believe to be false reports." Further, she added, "Once this member of the class declined what was clearly sexual advances, Niceta essentially turned on her and did everything in her power to make sure the child was permanently removed," Singer said. Jurinsky filed the lawsuit on behalf of 40 women that have spoken up about their experiences with Niceta.
As per Gazette, Niceta was issued an arrest warrant on May 16 when the former social worker falsely claimed Jurinsky sexually abused her son through an anonymous tip. However, it was found to be a conspiracy against Jurinsky. Niceta then resigned from her job. However, her affidavit stated an accusation against Jurinsky. One day after the councilwoman made a critical comment against her former lover, Wilson on the Steffen Tubbs radio show, this triggered the former social worker.
During the investigation, she told police that she heard Jurinsky ask her son, "Do you want to see something funny?" and then performed sexual acts with the child. She claimed Jurinsky had notably called the police chief 'trash' which made Niceta 'mortified, upset, and hurt,' according to the arrest affidavit. Police were later able to close the case on February 14 after stating Jurinsky was innocent. They later found out that Niceta made false accusations and was arrested in May. Jurinsky in interaction with Denver 7 said, "All I can say is this is a parent’s worst nightmare to get a call like I got and to be under an investigation like I was, knowing that it was a complete lie and knowing that it was retaliation for my opinions, every other attack that has come my way, I can handle on my feet and I can fire back and I can fight back. You involve my child and it brings me to my knees. And it becomes a different kind of fight." The court will proceed with the hearings of Niceta on August 29.
