Following the long queue of celebrities who shared their opinions on Joe Rogan's N-word controversy, Fat Joe is the most recent one sharing his two cents. While some celebrities tried to defend Rogan, Fat Joe completely criticized the podcaster of "The Joe Rogan Experience" podcast for repeatedly using racial slurs. This comes after Spotify saw an exodus of artists pulling their music off the streaming platform after Rogan's unabashed spread of Covid vaccine misinformation.

Fat Joe blatantly said, "This guy Joe Rogan, he's a piece of s**t. Joe Rogan is a piece of s**t." in Chigs Smooth YouTube video. He also added, "Shoutout to everyone that's better than me and taking their music off of Spotify, I'm not." Talking about calling a Black neighborhood as "Planet of the Apes", Rogan had said, "I was trying to make the story entertaining, and I said we got out and it was like we were in Africa. It's like we were in 'Planet of the Apes'."

Fat Joe criticized for 'Wuhan virus' verse written during Covid-19 outbreak, fans are 'tired of cancel culture'

The "All the Way Up" rapper continued, "Because all my people people know [I'll] do charity, [I] will open a business in the hood and give out jobs, [I] will give computers to the school, but [I] got to get to [my] bag. [I] ain't crazy." Fat Joe added, "I'm not taking my music off Spotify but, Spotify is made up of black music, whether it's R&B, whether it's rap, trap, reggaeton, all that fall in there. Because our music is on that platform, and they make their money from black people, do you think it should be allowed for a guy to be talking racist s**t on their platform?"

However, Fat Joe's opinion on this controversy backfired on him when his past came up. Comments like "Not the pot calling the kettle black" and "He's a latina who says the n word tho????" were posted by users online. "Y'all better stop playing in our faces for Black History Month. Fat Joe giving history lessons around Joe Rogan using the n-word, BUT NOT refraining HIMSELF is peak Spicy Caucasity... I don't care where he's from. FOH."

Fat Joe previously said in an interview in 2019 with DJ Hed and Bootleg Kev of "The Real" that, "people who want to look at things with racist eyes [and] a racist view" were the ones who were upset with his use of the word. Black people and Latinos the same way, 100 percent. I treat them all the same way. My thing is, when you say 'You're Latino. Why you using the N-word?,' are you calling me racist for using it. Like, do you think I'm racist for using it? The way the N-word offends me is when someone says it in a racial way [and] we feel like somebody's trying to call us a n***a. So, now you looking at me with racist eyes when all I do is for my culture, my people?"

What is ironic is that in an old VladTV interview he had defended non-Black people who used the word. “If they’ll like yo what’s up my n***a oh shit you a racist. You know they ain’t really mean it racist … She’s saying what’s up my n***a? You see what I’m saying? The craziest shit — I’m going to give you some breaking news —  the craziest shit is Reverend Al Sharpton made a whole campaign against the word ‘n***a.’" Not to mention, he has rapped about the “n-word” on the 2008 track 'The Fugitive' off 'The Elephant In The Room' album. A social media user brought up his past saying: "Fat Joe defending white people using the N word. Dude been handing out N word passes to my people left and right…now, he has a problem with @joerogan using it? 🤡"
