Farrah Abraham slammed as daughter Sophia sports long nails: 'Does she play like a normal kid?'
Former 'Teen Mom OG' star, Farrah Abraham, continues to be looked down upon for her lifestyle choices. She also draws in a lot of flak from the Internet regarding the way she chooses to parent her now 11-year-old daughter, Sophia. Farrah's once again found herself in the middle of a lot of hatred after she uploaded a video of herself and Sophia testing an Instagram filter that they've created, the "try with a friend" kind which allows users to play a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors.
Farrah always has her nails done but what's shocking for followers of the mother-daughter duo is that in this particular video, Sophia too was seen sporting super long black and gold glitter nails. Since then, the comment section under the post is erupting with disgust, all of which is directed at Farrah. "Fake long nails on a child??" questioned a follower while another asked, "Wth 11 year old has those nails??? Looks ridiculous. Does she even play like a normal kid????" Another follower wrote, "Sophia is too darn young for long fake nails wtf is wrong with you Farrah? I think someone should take her away from you." Another wrote, "TF she wearing nails."
Since the time, Farrah has been suspended from the MTV show, reports suggest that she's been focusing all her energies into turning Sophia into an influencer. The latter already has 599K followers on Instagram and 20.5K subscribers on her YouTube channel that she's made in collaboration with her mother. Last year, Farrah had come under the scanner for a video that was uploaded to Sophia's Instagram. The video in question saw the then 10-year-old dressed only in a sports bra and leggings while Farrah appeared to be filming her, sparking immediate outrage amongst their followers who accused the latter of sexualizing her daughter.
Their pictures from their France trip from last year too sparked controversy as they were seen prancing around the Eiffel Tower after stripping down to their bikinis. Farrah received a lot of backlash at that point as well with many followers suggesting that she was grooming her daughter in an attempt to sexualize her. In June this year, Farrah exposed her daughter to a sex toy, in a TikTok video after which she was asked to seek mental health counseling.
