With the SDCC event kicking off in San Diego, fans have been getting no sleep with tons of teasers and sneak peeks being revealed. The 'House of the Dragon' teasers are out and they have gained some positive and some not-so-positive reactions.

Tweeting about the same, the official Twitter page of 'House of the Dragons' shared a detail that didn't sit well with some of its regulars. Hence, some of them took to social media to share their views.

The 'House of the Dragon' Twitter page recently posted, "There are 17 dragons at the heart of this. - Ryan Condal #HouseoftheDragon #HOTDSDCC". This was during the time the cast and crew of the 'Game of Thrones' prequel made their SDCC debut.

However, some fans thought this was a stretch. One of them shared, "That’s a lot of flying lizards" while another added, "They’re over correcting on the number of dragons."

Fans were not ready to believe the detail after they felt like the ending to the previous season was not so fruitful, "No. You ruined GoT with the last season’s ending."

While some criticized the addition of 17 dragons to the upcoming season, others seemed pretty excited about it.

One fan tweeted, "Can’t wait more" while another added, "17!?! Weldon Visual Effects team, weldone!"

Some went ahead and did their research to get the names of all seventeen dragons that will be featured in the prequel. One wrote, "Syrax, Caraxes, Meleys, Vhagar, Seasmoke, Dreamfyre, Vermithor, Silverwing, Sunfyre, Tessarion, Vermax, Arrax, Tyraxes, Moondancer, Cannibal, Sheepstealer, Grey Ghost", while another tweeted, "Vhagar will be almost as large as Balerion the largest ever dragon in post Valyria era."

'Game of Thrones: House of the Dragon', is an upcoming American fantasy drama television series created by George RR Martin and Ryan J Condal for HBO. The extended cut of the trailer to the prequel was featured in SDCC last evening. George RR Martin was there with showrunner Ryan Condal, along with cast embers Matt Smith, Paddy Considine, and Eve Best to drop all of the hints.
