OXFORD, MISSISSIPPI: Fans hail Alabama football quarterback Bryce Young for paving the way for the huge victory of the team against Ole Miss. This will be Alabama's seventh straight win in the SEC CFP Top-15 showdown.

Young went 21-for-33 with 209 yards and three touchdowns, whereas Ole Miss player, Jaxson went 18-31 with 212 yards and one touchdown, reported athletic.com. The 21-year-old used the overturn call to cut the lead to three with an 8-yard touchdown. Meanwhile, he tied the game late in the third quarter when he rolled out Ja'Corey Brooks in the back of the end zone for a 5-yard touchdown.

Young began his career in American football as the backup to junior quarterback Mac Jones throughout the 2020 season. Later, he played as the Crimson Tide's starting quarterback. He threw for 559 yards to break the Alabama school record for passing yards in a game. Scott Hunter held the previous record. He is the recipient of Heisman Trophy following the end of the 2021 season, becoming the first Alabama quarterback to win the award.
