‘Ex on the Beach’: Cameron escapes elimination and fans say he and his toxicity should have been voted out this time
Cameron Armstrong has rightfully earned the title of “most hated person” on MTV’s reality dating show ‘Ex on the Beach’. For the past couple of weeks, we have seen this man manipulating, lying and disrespecting women on the house.
In the recently aired episode 10, we saw him stoop to new low when he was being emotionally abusive to his ex-girlfriend Ariana Nova. After accepting that Cameron chose Alexis and that he didn’t want anything to do with her, she decided to move on from him and found her next partner in fellow housemate Mechie. Mechie and she hit it off almost instantly which annoyed a jealous Cameron.
After seeing this Cameron even tried shaming Ariana for moving on too quickly and that too with Mechie, who he thinks isn’t good enough for her. Mark Jansen and Devin Walker who happened to overhear the conversation between them, immediately called out Cameron for being a “liar” and “manipulative” towards Ariana. Cameron, being who he is, ended up picking a fight with everybody in the house due to his bad behavior. Everybody seems to be fuming at Cameron.
Luckily, the exes get the power to eliminate one of the singles during the cut ceremony. Just as everybody was planning on doing away with Cameron, Allie Kaplan received a bouquet of 95 roses from her boyfriend back at home. This threw off everybody at the house, who felt that it is unfair that Allie is here when she has a boyfriend back home. It led it major confusion about who to vote out from the house.
During the cut ceremony, in an intense neck-to-neck elimination voting, Allie was voted out. Fans were, however, unhappy about it, and felt that Cameron and his toxicity should have been voted out. A fan wrote, “As much as the incest twins bother me, id prob vote Cameron out over Allie tbh. #EOTB”. Another fan tweeted, “#ExOnTheBeach I wish the audience could vote lmao Cameron such a hater he would’ve been gone day 2 lmao”. “Why send Allie home when CAM clearly should’ve gone home to be with the girl he really wanted to be with!! I AM CONFUSION #ExOnTheBeach”, wrote an annoyed fan.
