‘Ex on the Beach: Peak of Love’: Todd gets upset after Marlon picks La Demi as his date and fans feel for him
La Demi caught Marlon Williams’s eye right from day one, but unfortunately, it hasn’t been smooth sailing for these two singles. Just as things seemed to be getting better between these two, Marlon’s ex Todd Mauer was thrown into the mix. Both Demi and Todd fought for Marlon’s attention. While Marlon explicitly stated to everybody that Todd is his number one man, he mentioned to Todd in private that he also was keen on seeing where things go with La Demi.
On the latest episode of ‘EX on the Beach: Peak of Love,’ it was fire date night. So, one lucky couple would get to go on a date and enjoy some private time together. Luckily for Marlon, he won the date night and when Todd saw it, he thought Marlon would pick him, but Marlon pulled a Sam Bird and picked La Demi instead.

Understandably, Todd was upset when he wasn’t picked for the date and he confronted Marlon about it. He questioned Marlon’s decision, but Marlon tells him that he was transparent with Todd about his interest in Demi and Todd can’t blame this on him. Although Marlon wasn’t entirely wrong, fans felt bad for Todd because of the way Marlon handled the situation.
A fan tweeted, “Todd's not wrong tho.. Marlon tells him he's his #1 then chooses someone else? ... I completely understand that Marlon wants to get to another level with Demi but telling Todd he's your #1 is a lil misleading #exonthebeach.”
Another fan wrote, “I felt bad for Todd. Why tell him he’s your #1 priority? #ExOnTheBeach.” “I do feel bad for Todd because Marlon did tell him that he was his No. 1 priority #ExOnTheBeach,” shared a fan. Another fan pointed, “I completely understand where Todd is coming from, Marlon keeps saying he’s his #1 and then goes and picks La Demi? I’d be hurt too #ExOnTheBeach.”
