El Chapo hitman had a soundproof 'murder room' with drains on the floor for quick executions, testifies witness
41-year-old Edgar Galvan, who worked for the Sinaloa Cartel for four years, described to jurors a special room that one of Chapo's hitmen used to dispose the cartel's enemies
Details are continuing to emerge in the highly-publicized trial of Mexican drug lord Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán, who is facing a 17-count indictment that includes firearms possession, murder conspiracy, and importation and distribution of cocaine. The latest to testify against the Sinaloa Cartel supremo was a man who had worked for one of the 64-year-old's hitmen, and who described in great detail a "murder room" that the cartel used to dispose of innumerable enemies.
According to the Daily Mail, 41-year-old Edgar Galvan worked under one of Chapo's most trusted hitmen, Antonio 'Jaguar' Marrufo, for four years and was privy to some of the cartel's operations, including how they eliminated their competition.
