'DWTS' Season 31 Prom Night: Fans irked by Joseph Baena's elimination, say 'he was really improving'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Seeing one of your favorite contestants get eliminated hurts, right? The same happened with 'Dancing with the Stars' Season 31 fans when they witnessed Joseph "Joe" Baena get eliminated at the Prom Night episode. The star's performance improved a lot from the previous episodes. Even the judges appreciated his dance in the recently released episode claiming he has "improved so much".
Joe managed to get a clean 8 from all four judges, therefore, scoring a total of 32/40. According to the leaderboard, the American actor was in the ninth position. Even though there were two other contestants, Daniel Durant and Vinny Guadagnino, below him, unfortunately it was Joe who got eliminated. The final result landed him in the bottom two along with Heidi D'Amelio. And, to everyone's surprise, three judges except Carrie Ann voted to save Heidi. Witnessing the shocking elimination, 'DWTS' fans lashed out at the judges as well as the show for eliminating Joe who was evidently making effort to improve his performance.
