LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: During Monday night's broadcast of 'Dancing with the Stars,' there was a lot of Disney enchantment in the ballroom. But watching celebrity contestant Vinny Guadagnino openly discuss his anxiety made the night even more meaningful for viewers at home.

In a departure from past Disney evenings, the show featured the remaining 13 professional dancers and celebrity partners performing dances to music from the Disney+ realm. The Jersey Shore star revealed that he suffers from performance anxiety as a result of stage fright and dancing, but that he was hoping to overcome it for this week's act. In his intro package, he stated, "I definitely want to figure out how to navigate through this. I want to do a good job so badly. When I performed a good dance and everyone loved it, there was no better feeling in the world. I want to prove that I belong to be here."

Vinny and Koko performed a Samba to "Il Gatto E La Volpe" from Disney and Pixar's Luca — and Vinny had some special admirers cheering him on from the audience: his Jersey Shore co-stars Pauly "DJ Pauly D" DelVecchio and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino.

The judges commended Vinny's growth and dedication in the dance, although they all agreed that his technique required development. Len went on to say that it "wasn't overly complicated... you danced it with control," and that it was "by far your best dance." Vinny afterward commented on his routine, saying: "I feel great. Every week, I'm scared, I'm battling with my demons. This process exposes a lot of sides of you, but I'm trying to get better and better each week." "I wanna be a good dancer and have the public vote for me," he continued.

Fans who could relate to Vinny wrote after his performance: "Definitely can relate to Vinny with the anxiety. It’s not a fun thing to have. Let’s not forget, mental health is important! #DWTS31 #DWTS #dwts #vinnyguadagnino #jerseyshore." Another fan added: "Vinny talking about his anxiety openly made me happy. He’s so bubbly and appears to be such a people person but just because you present yourself well doesn’t mean you don’t struggle with anxiety. As someone who can relate, I appreciate him being so open about it. #dwts." Fans who feel men have it harder when it comes to opening up about their mental health struggles wrote: "Vinny being open about his struggle with his anxiety makes me love him even more. And he’s right that guys have a harder time being open about mental health struggles. It shouldn’t be that way but it is. #DWTS." Calling his struggle 'valid' another fan tweeted: "THANK YOU Vinny- your anxiety is valid and I’m glad he called out that men aren’t allowed to or supposed to ‘expose’ their anxieties or fears, etc. #dwts."

Fans also applaud his dancing partner Koko for making sure he gets better over the weeks: "Vinny is so cute! Koine is doing such a great job at playing up his strengths. I did have to giggle at him being like italian representation for Luca skdjhdhdhdhd #dwts." Another fan added: "Vinny still needs a little improvement here & there, by far ur best dance though, so proud of u dude, Koko is a great choreographer #DWTS."
