LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: This season, 'Dancing with the Stars' migrated from ABC to Disney+, and the streaming service has now dedicated a whole night of the show to itself. Fans would have preferred, though, if, with the change in theme each week, they didn't have to watch the same three pairings occupying the top three positions on the scoreboard.

For years, 'Disney Night' has been a recurring theme on 'DWTS,' but "Disney+ Night" was a little different. It wasn't just a night to pay homage to classic Disney films. It also included music and dances inspired by Disney acquisitions that are now accessible to stream — maybe just after you finish watching 'DWTS,' Disney believes. So, who won "Intellectual Property Night"? It's a no-brainer, because the top three slots have all been claimed by the same three pairings that have over the past few weeks the same score.

'DWTS' Season 31 Bond Night: Why are fans not voting for Charli D'Amelio? TikTok star's sultry performance mocked

Gabby Windey, Charli D'Amelio, and Wayne Brady tied at the top of the scoreboard last week while commemorating 60 years of James Bond, each scoring a 33 out of 40. The three were tied at the top of the scoreboard for the third week in a row, with a 36/40.

Wayne Brady stated he was focusing on sharpening up his footwork for this week's performance after getting his first 9 of the season last week. Wayne performed a jazz dance to "Wait For It" from 'Hamilton' for Disney+ night, which was suitable given that he previously played Aaron Burr in the stage musical. "I'm a big believer in if you want something, you go for it," he remarked. Carrie Ann complimented Wayne's footwork after their dance, saying he and Witney were "two parts of one." Len continued: "You keep delivering week after week. That was exceptional, it really was."

"Everything about that was absolutely sensational," Derek stated. Meanwhile, Bruno said Wayne's character "was portrayed to perfection" and that he is "not only a great dancer, he's a great actor." Wayne subsequently stated of his dance, "It's so emotional to meet your expectations... I never want to fall, and I just thank Witney for carrying me and making me believe I can do this."

Gabby continued to speak frankly about her struggles with impostor syndrome in her intro package, and Val advised she conquered those sentiments by "turning it up a notch" this week. The two immediately began practices, with a particular emphasis on Gabby's feet. "This dance is quick," she said, indicating her eagerness to master the dance and stay at the top of the scoreboard. Gabby got the audience on their feet after doing the Quickstep to "Mr. Blue Sky" from Marvel Studios' Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, featuring two very special admirers, co-Bachelorette Rachel Recchia and fiance Erich Schwer. Carrie Ann called her performance "out-of-this-world good," she said, adding, "You have everything you need to win this competition. You are so refined." Derek applauded her for "it was a very difficult routine, and you nailed it," while Bruno praised her for not "losing the steps once." Later, Val stated that he is "very proud of Gabby" and admires her bravery. The pair then topped the charts once more for the week.

Last week, Charli D'Amelio celebrated her first 9 score and noted that tying with Wayne and Gabby "keeps me on my A game."

"I grew up dancing jazz, but this more Fosse, Broadway jazz," she remarked about this week's dance in her intro package. "There's definitely going to be some higher expectations." Charli was also concerned about dancing with Marge Simpson's long blue wig on her head, which Mark pointed out may affect her posture. Charli had the audience, judges, her boyfriend Landon Barker, and her Connecticut-based dance professors on their feet following her Jazz routine to "'The Simpsons' Main Title Theme" from 'The Simpsons.' "I didn't like it, I loved it," Len stated, while Derek said the dance was "about to go viral." Carrie Ann described it as "brilliance in the ballroom," and Bruno added, "It was so good I didn't want it to end."

Even though the three pairs are on a complete roll, fans are questioning the scoring system given the same pairs have shared the top spot for third week in a row. A fan questioning 'favoritism' wrote: "Can the 3-way tie at the top stop please? It's the same couples every week, and while I love the ones at the top, it's telling me that they're handpicked to be there bc the favoritism is so fucking OBVIOUS this year more than ever." On the other hand, this has got some fans looking forward  to an 'ridiculous' finale: "ANOTHER 3 way fucking tie bro this competition is ridiculous. That finale episode is gonna be insane I can already tell." Another fan added how the dancers are meant to be in the finale: "Wayne and Charli even Gabby tie for 1st place again for the 4th time is really insane Damn bro Finals bound #DWTS."

However, the three-way tie has now got fans really riled up as they say: "it’s really starting to get annoying how there’s a three way tie for first place every week and it’s always the same three couples like this is so boring." A fan feel Gabby and Val may not deserve the top spot as the rest: "How is there a 3 way tie for first?! I'm sorry but Gabby & Val were not in the same league as Wayne and Charli. And frankly Charli should have gotten at LEAST one 10! I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE JUDGING!!!!!!" Some fans are now finding this three-way tie to be too old: "The three way tie at the top week after week is getting old." Some fans also feel this way the entire scoring system seem played out: "They better not tie up the top spot with the same 3 people again. It’s getting tired and played out."
