Donald Trump Jr fears his dad is going to lose election, says report: 'He is the only person who thinks so'
Donald Trump Jr is believed to be very concerned and worried that his father may not win the re-election in November.
POTUS Donald Trump's son is reportedly scared over the potential end of the Trump presidency during the upcoming elections, The New York Times has revealed. Trump Jr's concerns was leaked to NYT by anonymous campaign officials and a conservative activist. Both sources have claimed to have contact with the president's son. The activist had said that Trump Jr is the "only person who thinks they’re going to lose. He’s like, ‘we’re losing dude, and we’re going to get really hurt when we lose'." The report also reveals that Trump Jr is concerned about an ongoing investigation into the Trump organization by the New York Attorney General.
It is being said that Trump Jr is worried that a loss in the upcoming elections will result in prosecutors trying to charge Donald Trump and the rest of his family as part of the investigation. He said that he does not believe that a Biden administration would be a 'peaceful transition' and instead will 'shoot the prisoners,' MSN reports.
In a statement to the Times, a spokesman for Trump Jr, Andy Surabian, has denied these claims and has dubbed them as "100 percent false. Don does not have these concerns."
Meanwhile, a former adviser to First Lady Melania Trump is said to be writing a book regarding her time at the White House. The adviser claims to have recordings of Melania making disparaging comments about POTUS and his children. The book by Stephanie Winston Wolkoff is due to be released in September and will detail her interactions with Melania as well as the dissolution of their friendship.
A journalist Yashar Ali said that Wolkoff has recordings of Melania's comments and that most of them were "reserved for Ivanka Trump" who serves as a senior adviser to her father. Recently, Melania Trump made a speech at the Republican National Convention on Tuesday, August 25 at the White House. During her speech, the First Lady said she admired her husband’s approach in being straightforward to the public. "Whether you like it or not, you always know what he’s thinking," she said.
Melania had said, "Donald is a husband who supports me in all that I do. He has built an administration with an unprecedented number of women in leadership roles and has fostered an environment where the American people are always the priority. He welcomes different points of view and encourages thinking outside of the box. I know I speak for my husband and the family when I say we are so grateful that you have trusted him to be your president. And we will be honored to serve the incredible country for four more years."
Donald Trump's daughter, Tiffany Trump also spoke at the RNC and said, "Like so many students across the world, I graduated from law school during the pandemic. As a recent graduate, I can relate to so many of you who might be looking for a job. My father built a thriving economy once, and believe me, he will do it again."
