BAYVILLE, NEW JERSEY: Adriana Kuch's bullies, who were filmed attacking the teenager two days before she killed herself, will be tried as juveniles, according to an official report. New Jersey county prosecutor Bradley Billhimer confirmed that the four New Jersey high school students will escape facing adult court.
"The offenses charged herein are juvenile offenses and not subject to waiver to adult criminal court," Prosecutor Billhimer said in the report. The four students will testify in juvenile court, which means that they will be facing lesser punishments for their crimes.

Internet wants identities of Adriana Kuch's bullies revealed, but penalties loom
Adriana Kuch of Bayville, New Jersey was found dead at home on February 3. The 14-year-old's death came just a day after a video of her being beaten up by a group of girls in the school hallway was circulated on social media. In the disturbing video, the four students were seen hitting Kuch with a water bottle while she was walking with her boyfriend. They then went on to kick and punch her as she curled up helplessly in a fetal position on the floor of the school corridor.
What are the charges and punishments?
After the incident, one of the four students has been charged with the aggravated assault of Kuch, two of them have been charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, and the fourth has been charged with harassment. If they were tried as adults, the first three students would be guilty of third-degree crimes, and in New Jersey, for a third-degree aggravated assault as an adult, they could be sentenced to up to five years in jail and fines as much as $15,000.
However, the law is very different for juveniles. If a minor is convicted of a third-degree aggravated assault, they face only up to two years in a juvenile detention center.
'This is outrageous;
The internet has been demanding that the four attackers be tried as adults and that they should not get off so easily after committing such a serious crime. A person demanded that the attackers should be charged with murder by saying, "They should be charged with murder. This is literally injustice. They saw things in her that they didn't have, and they were jealous, so they bullied her for being better and more amazing than they ever could be. Literally disgusting worthless bullies. Please prison time". Another Twitter user tweeted, "This is literally outrageous. The fact these "bullies", including the one recording, weren't charged with murder and given at least 10 years of prison time infuriates me. They bullied her because she was better than them #AdrianaOliviaKuch #AdrianaKuch"
Another tweet demanded that they should be tired as adult by saying, "The teenage #bullies should be tried as adults, housed in the very basic of accommodations and required to volunteer 8 hours per day in the morgue." "They should be charged as adults", another added.

There are a lot of people who should be brought up on charges, including the superintendent. #AdrianaKuchFightVideo #AdrianaKuch
