'DC's Legends of Tomorrow' Season 5 Episode 11 Preview: Rory and Lita get some father-daughter bonding time

Lita's going to be coming aboard the Waverider and it looks like Rory will go out of his way to try and impress her. That's probably going to cause some trouble but there are worse things afoot

'DC's Legends of Tomorrow' Season 5 has become way more complicated over the last few episodes with Behrad (Shayan Sobhian) dying and Sara Lance / White Canary (Caity Lotz) gaining weird precognition powers. But while all that's going down, Mick Rory / Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell) has much bigger problems: Impressing his daughter Lita (Mina Sundwall).

Rory hasn't had much of a relationship with Lita, especially since he didn't even know she existed until very recently. Despite his best efforts and time travel hijinks, their relationship is still pretty strained. 

In Episode 11 'Ship Broken', Lita's going to be coming aboard the Waverider and it looks like Rory's going to be going out of his way to try and impress her. That's probably going to cause some trouble but there are worse things afoot.

The Legends now have all the pieces of the Loom of Fate and they've all obviously got a lot they want to use it for. While Astra Logue (Olivia Swann) and John Constantine (Matt Ryan) would want to use the Loom to bring back Astra's mom, Zari Tarazi (Tala Ashe), would definitely be impatient to get her brother back.

Then there's the possibility that Rory might give up on trying to mend his relationship with Lita the hard way and try to use the Loom to get it done instead, which cannot end well. 

Here's the official synopsis for 'Ship Broken': SECOND CHANGES — Everyone is eager to use the Loom of Fate, but the team must decide who they want to bring back first leaving Charlie (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) to make a tough choice. Sara (Caity Lotz) struggles to understand what has happened to her and with the help of Constantine (Matt Ryan) and Ava (Jes Macallan), they try to figure out how to help her. Meanwhile, Rory (Dominic Purcell) has a guest on the ship that he is trying to impress. Nick Zano, Tala Ashe and Olivia Swann also star. Andi Armaganian directed the episode written by James Eagan & Mark Bruner."

'DC's Legends of Tomorrow' Season 5 airs new episodes every Tuesday at 9 pm ET on The CW.
