David Hasselhoff 'feverishly' tried to replace Pamela Anderson on 'Baywatch' for her antics after marriage to Tommy Lee
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Pamela Anderson, one of the Baywatch breakthrough stars, reportedly upset David Hasselhoff and her co-stars by acting out after marrying rocker Tommy Lee. Insiders on the set say Hasselhoff was ready to fire Anderson for ruining her reputation as a " golden girl."
"He and Baywatch brass are feverishly casting for Pam's replacement, but she's not aware the casting call is for that purpose," dished the source, claiming script writers were "furiously working on possibilities for CJ's final episode," including one outcome in which her beloved and friendly character died in a tragic boating accident, as per RadarOnline.com

Tommy Lee's ex was considered for replacing Pamela in 'Baywatch'
Reportedly, blonde beauty Bobbie Brown, Lee's ex-girlfriend who is also known as the video vixen in 'Cherry Pie,' was a candidate for Anderson's position. "After the news came out that Pam and Tommy tied the knot, I started getting more job offers," Brown later told the New York Post.
"I got calls from Playboy, which Pam had done already, as well as Baywatch, the TV show she starred on. Everyone thought drama would mean more sales and ratings, I guess. I was cool with it — might as well make some money on my misery. But Pam was not having it. She told Hugh Hefner and her producers it was either her or me. They chose her," said Brown.
Anderson made a big impression with her debut in 1989, starring in five seasons of the series. While her fame was skyrocketing, she also fell in love with Lee. She and Lee married not long after they met on Cancun Beach.
Hasselhoff was not happy with Pamela and Tommy's relationship
According to insiders, Hasselhoff "did a slow burn when he saw the couple's tattooed ring fingers because he thought that was "in bad taste." When "Pam started spouting off to the press about the location and frequency of her sexual interludes with Tommy," they claimed he was once again displeased.
When Lee apparently started asking that they modify some of Anderson's scripts, that was the last straw for Hoff. Anderson, on the other hand, was reportedly unconcerned by any unfavorable emotions at the time and was just concerned with her work and relationship.
