Food is perhaps the best passport to travel around the world and David Chang shows you how. If you have ever followed Anthony Bourdain on his gastronomic exploits, you might know what we are talking about.

And if you haven't, then BLD could be your window to discover the most unique, popular, and fantastic food that every region has to offer. As the trailer suggests, the first season showcases Chang with fun and exciting personalities like Seth Rogen, Chrissy Teigen, Kate Mckinnon, and Lena Waithe sampling flavors from different corners of the world.

Catch the first season of 'Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner' as the series premieres on Netflix on October 23, 2019.

Plot

Netflix's 'Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner' features David Chang sampling three square meals, while he explores the region absorbing the local culture with a celebrity friend.

The first season will showcase Vancouver, Canada, with actor Seth Rogen, Marrakesh, Morocco, with talent Chrissy Teigen, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with comedian Kate McKinnon, and Los Angeles with actor Lena Waithe.

As Chang says in an interview, BLD is all about "…learning more about ourselves, our friends and the people we encounter out in the world. Plus, of course, the ridiculously delicious meals we share."

Chang's new entry is called 'Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner' and will feature Chang and a celebrity guest exploring a different city in each episode, tackling its culture and cuisine (over three square meals) in a single day.

The project blends Chang's food curiosity, as showcased on Ugly Delicious, with the interview skills he's honed on Ringer podcast The Dave Chang Show.

Celebrity chef David Chang will be the face of BLD. Chang is a renowned restaurateur who heads the Momofuku restaurant group. He is also a food author, television personality, runs a popular podcast, and also features in Netflix's original 'Ugly Delicious'. 

The first season will also feature Seth Rogen, Chrissy Teigen, Kate McKinnon, Lena Waithe.

Showrunner

'Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner' is produced by David Chang himself, along with Morgan Neville of Tremolo Productions and executive producers Dara Horenblas, Christopher Chen, Caryn Capotsto and Blake Davis. The team had earlier joined hands for 'Ugly Delicious'.
