The many faces of Dalia Naeem: Trolls attack 'real life' Barbie as she reveals face after 43 surgeries
BAGHDAD, IRAQ: A 29-year-old woman, Dalia Naeem, who has undergone a dramatic plastic surgery transformation to look like a 'real' Barbie and is known as Iraqi Barbie, was seen recently posing next to her make-up artist in a video, telling her, “You look so beautiful, my dear. Like Barbie." Naeem, with a tiny nose, bushy eyebrows, and oversized pouty lips responded by saying, "Your makeup is Barbie."
According to DailyMail, it's believed that Naeem has undergone a total of 43 plastic surgery procedures to get this face. This includes topping up her lip filler and a breast enlargement surgery.

Who is Dalia Naeem?
According to The Sun, Naeem, born in Baghdad, works as a presenter and actress in her country and is well known for starring in a series of plays and TV shows. On Instagram, she has 996K followers and around 43K on TikTok. As per Daily Star, she also got a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and three rounds of liposuction.
Commenting on one of her recent videos, a user tagged her as a "Zombie," while another called her a "devil Barbie." On the other hand, a 33-year-old nurse Tara Jayne McConachy from Melbourne, Australia, said, that she "loves her plastic doll vibe" and does not care what people think about her looks and face. As per The Sun, Naeem is banned from going under the knife in Australia as she has already exceeded the surgical procedures and this is why she opts for international clinics.
She has 'biggest cheeks in the world'
This comes after a woman said to have the world's largest cheekbones- Anastasia Pokreshchuk. According to New York Post, the 33-year-old from Kyiv, Ukraine, used to have a slender face and curly hair when was in her 20s. But now, after spending an initial amount of around $1,851 on fillers, she now has "biggest cheeks in the world.”
After injecting herself with cheek fillers, Pokreshchuk said how she “fell in love” with her look. “I love them, I want them to look like this and I’m very happy. I regularly inject other parts of my face myself,” she said and added, "I understand that they look weird for other people but I don’t mind.” She got fillers in her lips, cheeks, and in the corners of her mouth, and botox in her forehead. She also got her jaw and chin reshaped.
The pink-haired model also said while opening up in a video posted on Instagram under the username @justqueen8888, "Some people think that oh it's just for hype - no! I will never put something in my face that I didn’t like. You know?"
