MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA: A 33-year-old man named Chue Feng Yang, who was shot dead by FBI agents, live-streamed his final moments on Thursday, April 27, as he made threats during a standoff with officials. In a video posted by him, Yang can be heard saying, "I hope y’all brought body bags," as he threatened to shoot officers if they come into the property.
The 14-minute and 56-second footage showed Yang speaking on the phone with someone, who appeared to be a negotiator telling Yang, "I know you know you're in control of this, and you can end this at any time, but it doesn't mean that you need to end your life or anyone else's lives today.” Yang responded by saying, “I hope y'all brought body bags,” and further said, as he warned the officers to be away from the property, “I will be [accountable] but that's between me and God. From my understanding Jesus already paid for our sins already. So God will forgive me if I have to sin one more time.”

'I am not going to be alive'
In the video, Yang, who tied his girlfriend to his waist, tells her, "Baby I am going to do it," while his girlfriend screams, "Don't do this baby please! We have a f****** baby coming. Your brothers want you alive." to which, Yang can be heard replying, "I am not going to be alive. You want me to suffer in prison?" The girlfriend then insists and says, "We will do this together. I will be here for you like I have the whole f****** time. Don't do this I love you." However, Yang responds, "This is my last time telling you. You have been lying to me all this time anyway. If you love me you'd come to the other side with me." Then a window gets smashed by the officials and Yang shouts, "I don't give a f***! Bye bye" and says "I love you” to his girlfriend before walking out the door with a gun held to her head. As they stepped out, he was shot dead but the girlfriend survived and was taken to hospital for an apparent fentanyl overdose, reports DailyMail.
Following his encounter, FBI issued a statement, "After barricading himself for several hours, the subject was armed as he emerged from the home. The subject was fatally wounded, and another individual required medical assistance." The incident took place after the officials were provided with a search warrant for Yang’s home where he barricaded himself with a shotgun. According to an affidavit, he posed a threat to the woman because a shotgun was aimed at her head, and "lethal force was necessary to protect and preserve [her] life."
