NAUGATUCK, CONNECTICUT: The FBI has released new images and increased its reward to $25,000 for the manhunt of a fugitive who is suspected of killing and mutilating his 11-month-old daughter. The New Haven FBI Field Office released photos which show multiple identifying tattoos on the body of Christopher Francisquini, including the flaming letters "CME" on his neck, "Milla" on his right hand and a clown on his left hand.

"Francisquini has ties to New York, Waterbury, and New Haven, Connecticut, where he was last seen on Quinnipiac Ave," the Naugatuck Police Department said Tuesday, November 29, according to Fox News. "He should be considered armed and dangerous and mentally unstable." Francisquini, 31, is alleged to have killed his infant daughter at his home in Naugatuck, Connecticut, on November 18.

Naugatuck Police Chief Colin McAllister told reporters that Camilla Francisquini was found "in a state of dismemberment" when investigators and first responders entered the property. According to FBI, the toddler was "stabbed to death". The fugitive is now facing charges of murder with special circumstance, which comes with mandatory life sentence without parole if convicted, and risk of injury to a minor.

The New Haven FBI Field Office told the outlet on Tuesday that it is continuing to "work around the clock with all of our law enforcement partners in the search of Christopher Francisquini."

MEAWW previously reported that law enforcement officials are searching for a convicted killer after he escaped from an open prison. Lee Nevins had taken the life of a disabled man named Lee Jobling in his home and was sentenced to life in prison after being found guilty of the crime in November 2006.

As per reports, the murderer was granted leave on temporary license. Nevins was supposed to report back to HMP Sudbury, in Derbyshire, on Tuesday, September 27, but he did not come back. The prisoner had pulled a similar stunt in 2008 when he fled while visiting the hospital for an injured hand. He was eventually caught in Scotland.
