What is the plot of the movie?
The official synopsis according to Lifetime reads, "When entertainment writer Alli Blakeman (Holly Deveaux) is assigned a story covering the anniversary of a classic Christmas movie in the small town where it was filmed, she agrees on the condition that it could lead to a big promotion. When she meets a local theatre owner Brad (Drew Seeley), they unravel the mysterious origins of the movie’s signature song and Alli learns that movie magic isn’t always just on-screen."
Cast
Holly Deveaux plays Alli Blakeman, an entertainment writer. The Canadian actress also had roles in 'Supergirl', 'MacGyver', '12 Monkeys' and 'Shadowhunters'. Co-starring alongside Deveaux is Drew Seeley as Brad. The actor has a string of Christmas movies to his credit — 'A Christmas for the Books' and 'Write Before Christmas'.
Writer/Director
Robert Vaughn serves as the director with the script coming from Rickie Castaneda & Megan Hocking. Lewis Chesler, David Perlmutter, Robert Vaughn, Julie Di Cresce, Robin Dunne, Fariba Jahanbin, Jennifer Gibson, Alan Mintz and Marek Posival come in as executive producers.
