Three new episodes of the 'Chicago' franchise awaits Chihards this Wednesday as everyone hunkers down amid the current crisis. This week's episode of 'Chicago Fire' will be an exciting one to watch as the firefighters deal with a warehouse rescue.

The warehouse accident will have Squad 3, Truck 81, Engine 51, and Ambulance 61 come together in a rare occurrence to deal with the emergency. However, one small mistake could mean grave danger for one of the firefighters. In the promo for the episode, we hear someone yelling out Joe Cruz's name.

This is bad for two reasons — one, Firehouse 51 lost Brian “Otis” Zvonecek in the season premiere and it is way too early to lose another one. Two, Cruz's wedding is coming up and we are looking forward to it, so hopefully, Cruz remains safe.

Meanwhile, Lt Christopher Herrmann campaigns for more respect. In a sneak peek for the episode, we see him asking Chief Wallace Boden for an officers' quarter of his own like Captain Matthew Casey and Lt Kelly Severide have. However, Boden shuts him down immediately.

Elsewhere in the episode, firefighter Stella Kidd wants to give back to her community. A sneak peek released shows that she wants to recruit young girls from Chicago public schools and junior firefighters. Wallace agrees to the idea and we see him give her a proud smile at the end of the clip.

We will also see things get personal for Casey and rookie firefighter Blake Gallow in the aftermath of a house fire involving a mother and her young son. We know Gallo lost his family as a young child in a similar situation and wanted to become a firefighter ever since he was the only member of his family who was rescued. Casey has been a good mentor to him since Gallo came on and we are looking forward to more scenes between the two firefighters.

There is an additional sneak peek for this week's episode, which shows paramedic Sylvie Brett and her birth mother bonding over 'House Hunters' among other things. As they walk away, Casey looks on with a smile at his face. Hopefully, the episode will have more for anxious "Brettsey" fans.

'Chicago Fire' airs on Wednesday nights at 9/8c on NBC.
