'Charmed' Season 2 Episode 8: The midseason finale will air on December 6 and we can expect it to have a cliffhanger ending
This week's episode of 'Charmed' on The CW had quite a few surprises for fans. For one, not only did Abigael mention Parker, but she also took Maggie to him. Parker, of course, was happy to see Maggie — having thought that she was dead after the events of the first episode of Season 2.
But it did not end there. Not only did the two reconcile, but Parker and Maggie also ended up sharing a kiss and spending the night together. When Maggie wakes up the next morning, Parker asked her to marry him.
We don't know Maggie's answer yet and the next episode's promo suggests that she is seriously considering it, leaving Mel and Macy to figure out a way to talk Maggie out of saying yes to Parker. At a time like this, is it the smart choice for Maggie to marry a half-demon?
Meanwhile, Harry and Macy clearly have tensions between them and after learning that Jordan is cursed to die at 25, they are probably worried about breaking the news to Maggie — of course, by this point they don't know the whole Parker situation.
However, we will have to wait an additional week before the next episode airs. 'Charmed' will be taking a Thanksgiving break and will not be airing the eighth episode of Season 2 next week. Instead, the episode will air on December 6.
The next episode will also serve as the midseason finale, which means we can expect something big to go down in it and expect an edge-of-the-seat cliffhanger.
Besides Maggie contemplating whether to marry Parker or not, we might also see an appearance of Dark Harry. In addition to that, we hope we get an inkling as to who Dark Harry's master is. At this point, we are guessing that it is a witch.
'Charmed' airs on The CW on Friday nights. The next episode — the midseason finale — will air on December 6.
