In the previous episode of 'Celebrity Big Brother', the star from 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills', Teddi Mellencamp, became the first contestant to be booted from the house. Meisha Tate, the previous head of household refused to make a deal with Teddi, effectively signaling the end of her stint in the house.

However, before leaving the guesthouse, Teddi warned her alliance member Carson Kressley that he could be the next one to be targeted for eviction. Carson previously had an alliance with other contestants like Todrick Hall, Cynthia Bailey, Shanna Moakler, and Mirai Nagasu. After the two-hour special episode, the second Head of Household round was contested by the members in the house. Chris Kirkpatrick, who is a member of the boy band 'NSYNC', won the HOH with a total score of 74. Miesha and Todrick were happy to see Chris winning the HOH, as they felt they were now safe from elimination.

After winning the HOH, Kirkpatrick nominated Mirai Nagasu and Chris Kattan for the eviction. Meanwhile, Miesha and Todrick think that Carson is a considerable threat and want him to be targeted for the eviction. In addition, we know that Kirkpatrick, Kattan and Mirai will be competing in the power of veto competition. So now the question is whether Kattan and Mirai will successfully make their name to the winning list of veto and save themselves, then, who would Kirkpatrick pick as a replacement nominee?

After the episode ended, fans of 'Celebrity Big Brother' started to speak on the HOH winning and nominations. One tweet reads,"#CBBUS3 Todd is next and he sees Chris Kirkpatrick is in the lead and he does not have to win. He locks in a 6 on the first potato. He gets a 3 on the second potato and Carson realizes he is throwing. He gets a 24 on the last roll and has a score of 33." Another fan tweeted, "Chris Kirkpatrick: nominating Chris Kattan and Mirai for eviction Me: #CBBUS3 #BBCeleb." Others said, "They didn’t show it tonight but is anyone else upset about when Miesha and Todrick (but mostly Miesha) went off on Chris Kirkpatrick about the Mirai nom AFTER they already knew and were okay with it?! C’monnn #cbbus3." Another fan appreciated Chris and said, "Chris kirkpatrick is definitely playing the best game rn #CelebrityBigBrother."
