Lovato, who previously mocked Trump with her track ‘Commander In Chief’, took on the classic Bill Withers song as a number of people joined her with lovely backup vocals. Lovato sings: “When the day that lies ahead of me/ Seems impossible to face/And when someone else instead of me/Always seems to know the way/Then I look at you/ And the world's alright with me/ Just one look at you/ And I know it's gonna be!” speaking for all joining the celebration.
‘Best inauguration ever’

Now wasn't that the best national Inauguration Ball ever- the people's Inauguration Ball. This is how it should always be done- a party for the people. And katy Perry, Demi Lovato!” Another user wrote, “Best inauguration ever! So warm and featuring regular people vs watching people in fancy gowns dancing. Performances were terrific, especially Demi Lovato, John Legend, & Katie Perry!! It should win an Emmy!” Another added, “here’s Joe Biden watching Demi Lovato’s performance. that’s the tweet.” Another stated, “Best inauguration ever! I was so upset about Joe and Kamala not having their fanfare, but Wow! Wow! All inaugurations will pale in comparison!’
