Wednesday night's episode of 'Catfish' featured Ryan who thought he'd found his quarantine bae. He had matched with this girl named Micah on Tinder with whom he was texting day and night. Texts turned to sexts and he started receiving nudes from her, just like he'd asked. Those photos were taken exposing her face and this leaves out any questions about her legitimacy. However, things took a turn when she started demanding money in exchange for the nudes. Ryan had sent almost $500 to her in return of photos, however when his friend Whitney got a whiff of this arrangement that was going on between Ryan and Micah, she approached 'Catfish' hosts Nev Schulman and Kamie Crawford. She saw this as a clear red flag and she wanted Nev and Kamie to investigate and find out if this person even existed and if her friend is talking to the same woman as in the photos or if the person is even a woman and not a creep.

Turns out Ryan was indeed being catfished and this person who claimed to be Micah was indeed a man. The photos still belonged to the latter, but the man had collected these photos from Micah's Only Fans account and she was not the only girl who's photo he was using. Nev and Kamie were able to get him on the show and he agreed to be scamming Ryan. He was running a full-blown business of saving nudes of various women from Only Fans and using them to scam people. He justified his acts saying he did so to "teach them a lesson" to not post private photos online or to send money to strangers on the interweb.

This was one of the wildest episodes of 'Catfish' this season and after the shocking reveal, fans took to Twitter to sound off. "Tonight’s episode of #catfishmtv is why I don’t use only fans anymore and switched up to Snapchat. BE CAREFUL," wrote a fan. Another wrote, "I feel like tonight’s episode of #Catfish #catfishmtv was just an ad for Only Fans. No one had any real emotion to this a**hole but they mentioned Only Fans a whole bunch. IDK, weird."

It was a lot of information to process for everyone and the man's attitude was just making things worst. At one point he even abused Kamie calling her a moth******er and that was it for her. She went all guns blazing at him, putting him in his place and telling him that he definitely might think he's going to get away with this stuff but that will not be the case for long. She stood up for Micah and all the other women who are not afraid of owning their sexuality and instantly became a favorite of fans that later took to Twitter to cheer for her.

"There’s this thing called morality & it’s clearly something you lack” @KamieCrawford READ that fool!! Thank you for standing up for women! #catfishmtv #Catfish," wrote a fan. Another wrote, "Thank you Kamie for taking this guy to task! #catfishmtv." Another tweet read, "This episode of #catfishmtv is f***ing insane like this dude is really ignorant and has zero respect for women I love how Kamie put him in his place !!" Another fan wrote, "Can I just say how much I love @KamieCrawford on #CatfishMTV?? The way she spoke about women owning their sexuality and how their actions are their own prerogative?! HERE FOR IT"
