This week on 'Catfish', Nev Schulman and Kamie Crawford were trying to help nab the person trying to deceive Kristen with a seemingly fake romance that started over Facebook messaging. However, a number of wild revelations later it was revealed that the person who was pretending to be catfished was the biggest catfisher herself.

Nev and Kamie were informed that Kristen was possibly being catfished by a woman named Sarah and that she just wouldn't speak to her over the phone or on a video call. She once turned up to meet her and ended up being ghosted by her at the last minute.

Kristen shared four pictures and a contact number that she used to speak to Sarah with Nev and Kamie so they could investigate this situation. While three photos yielded no result, the third photo was revealed to belong to a certain Khloe. They reached out to this person and told her about her photo being used by a woman named Sarah to catfish another woman named Kristen.

Khloe wrote back to Nev and Kamie and revealed that Kristen and she had conversed on Instagram before and that she already knows about the latter being catfished by someone using her photo. They were blown away to hear this and were then left thinking why Kristen didn't bring this up before. They were now left thinking if she was just trying to get Khloe's attention by sharing her photo with them. At the same time, they also find out that Sarah is none other than Kristen's best friend Tiffany who did what she did because Kristen had catfished her as 15 different people.

Later on, in a confrontation between Nev and Kamie and Kristen, it was revealed that she did it because of all the pain that is a part of her life that comes from a number of factors, including being sexually harassed as a child. Nev and Kamie consoled her and ask her to try to better herself. They sent her good energy and also assured her that she could reach out to them in case she needed any resources to help her in this self-healing journey.

At the end of the episode, it was revealed that Kristen is making progress in her life and has put her catfishing days behind her. It was also revealed that she is speaking with a romantic interest, this time, as herself.

'Catfish' airs on Wednesday nights on MTV and VH1 at 8 pm ET.
