'Bulletproof' Season 3 Episode 1 Spoilers: Will Bishop and Pike be able to save Kayla from the kidnappers?

The highly-popular show ‘Bulletproof’ is back with its third season and it promises to be even better than the previous two seasons. The first episode of season three sees Detective Aaron Bishop (Noel Clarke) and Detective Ronnie Pike (Ashley Walters) going on a vacation to South Africa with their families.
They meet William (Thapelo Mokoena) and Megan (Kim Engelbrecht) at the beach and strike a conversation. However, things take a U-turn when their daughter Kayla (Katherine Neethling) gets kidnapped from the beach. William gets a phone call that in order to get his daughter he would need to get them a handful of rubies present inside the vault of his own company. However, he doesn’t have access to the vault.

He somehow hacks into one of the computers of his company and manages to create access for himself. On the other, the two detectives are helping William and his wife to get their daughter back. With the help of CCTV cameras around the beach, the detectives manage to find the person who took the girl away. However, as soon as they reach his house, they see that he has been murdered. To their horror, the police arrive at the wrong and make them the “murder suspects”.
They manage to get themselves free from the police officers and continue with their mission. William has done his work and has the rubies now. Meanwhile, Noel has been taken as a captive by the kidnappers and is inside the same vehicle where they have kept William’s daughter.
William walks down the road where he sees the kidnappers and his daughter as well. Noel is still inside the car with one of the kidnappers. The detective takes the gun from the kidnapper’s hand and shoots him on the shoulder.
As a result, a shooting incident takes place between the detectives and the kidnappers. The kidnappers manage to flee the spot while the detectives are surrounded by the South African police.
Will Bishop and Pike be able to save the child?
The first episode makes us believe that it won’t be easy for them to save the child. The detectives, who originally hail from the UK, have come to a new place and do not know anything about South Africa’s crime world. Additionally, they did not bring their official badges with them. So, if they get in trouble they don’t know how to defend themselves.
However, they are still the protagonists and they will find a way to get back into the game. I believe William might help them in getting out and work with the police to get his daughter back. Bishop and Pike are important to the case because they have seen the kidnappers and even know about their whereabouts. So, the police would definitely need their help to find the girl.
It will be interesting to see how the duo would redeem themselves after being immersed into the criminal world of South Africa and will they be able to enjoy their holiday at last? We’ll get these answers in the upcoming episodes.
