Bryce Hall says 'it's easy target' as Ariana Grande slams TikToker party, irked fans say 'she doesn't need you'

'I love Bryce and Addison but have to agree with Ariana tbh. We’re in the middle of a global pandemic and it’s unnecessary to be going out and being around loads of other people,' said a fan

After a recent party at the restaurant and TikToker hub Saddle Ranch drew criticism from Ariana Grande, one of its attendees, Bryce Hall, is returning fire. In an interview on the 'Zach Sang Show', Grande said, "Couldn't we have stayed at home for a few more weeks like all the other countries that were fine and are better than we are? "Did we all really need to go to f**king Saddle Ranch that badly that we couldn’t have waited for the deathly pandemic to pass?"

After her criticism, Hall and TikTok star friend Addison Rae said Grande's words were "fair", while another TikTok star, Dixie D'Amelio, said she agreed with Grande. But in a new interview on a Hollywood Raw podcast today (November 5), Bryce Hall has spoken out more candid. Hall claims that Grande's aim was only for influencers as a marketing stunt while alluding that she may still be going out herself. Initially Hall stated, "I don't know what she said exactly," and when the interviewer clarified, he responded, "Yeah, I mean, it's an easy target 'cause it's like, even if she was going out, who would know? She's probably going out to, like, those secret things."

He continued, "But, I mean, she's not wrong, but, like, unnecessary to call out specific groups especially when there's other people doing it. 'Cause she knew that TikTokers have, like, a high audience. She knew a lot of people would agree because there's a lot of people that hate Tiktokers especially." Hall added, "It was obviously like a marketing move, and good for her, but, like, she's not wrong. I don't go to Saddle Ranch anymore." When asked what it's like being called out by a celebrity and the legitimacy of Grande's criticism as a marketing move, Hall said, "What's a TikToker gonna say? 'F**k you, Ariana'? No one's gonna say that. Everyone's like, 'You're right.'" Watch the interview below.

Twitter and YouTube users had criticized the influencers before in light of what Grande had said, but now comments are harsher than before. "She didn't target tiktokers tf she just called out everyone going to saddle ranch. This is so stupid ariana grande doesn't need you guys for publicity and yes you have a huge audience start teaching them something good instead of going out in the middle of a pandemic," noted a Grande fan.

One fan said, "I'm to 100 % SURE, that she doesn't even know that he exist. He's just one of the countless other Tik Tokers for her, nothing more. Boy needs to sit down, cause he doesn't compare to her life. People are probably just now aware of him, after he mentioned her. Does he even know that she can say one thing and destroy he's whole cute little 'career' in matter of seconds..."

Another wrote, ".... a marketing strategy? the ariana grande an a-list celeb who has won over 100 awards and broken multiple records, is using tiktoker’s who are at most (charli) d-list celebs as a marketing strategy. she didn’t even directly “call out” anyone, and even if she did she should. we’re in the middle of a deadly pandemic and as someone who does have a platform of gullible young people they should be setting a better example.

Even a fan of Bryce Hall is in disagreement with his actions, saying, "I love Bryce and Addison but have to agree with Ariana tbh. We’re in the middle of a global pandemic and it’s unnecessary to be going out and being around loads of other people. She wasn’t calling out certain people specifically but just using them as an example and as ‘influencers’ they make it out like it’s okay to be going out and partying and spreading covid to their followers."

Whether you're an influencer, celebrity, A-list superstar, governmental authority, or anyone, irresponsibly going out in crowded places and not maintaining proper social distancing or wearing masks during a global pandemic is a selfish move that doesn't consider the health of others around you and puts lives at risk. Whether the Covid-19 outbreak happened nearly a year ago (or five years ago), safety still applies.
