Investigation into the death of Florida vlogger Gabby Petito is heating up and internet sleuths are showing no signs of slowing down as they analyze each and every possible clue available in the case. The latest clue detected by them seems to be the postcards allegedly sent by the 22-year-old to members of Laundrie's sister Cassie's family.

According to the online detectives, there were some discrepancies noticed when it comes to the handwriting on the postcards, making them believe that the postcards were written by Petito's boyfriend, Brian Laundrie, who is a person of interest in the case and has been missing for over weeks. The cards presented to ABC News by Cassie were signed "Aunt Gabby". However, social media users are convinced that they were actually written by Brian himself following Gabby's death. Apart from differences in the handwriting, some of the cards also did not appear to have postage on. This led many of the internet sleuths to wonder how they even reached Cassie.

Did Gabby Petito predict her death? Cryptic artwork message says 'closing my eyes'

In an interview with 'Good Morning America', Cassie said she hadn’t spoken to her brother after he had returned alone to Florida in the couple’s van on September 1. Brian has reportedly not been seen since September 14 and was confirmed 'missing' on September 17. This led police to search the nearby Carlton Reserve for Laundrie, but with zero luck so far. Since then, Gabby's body has been discovered in a Wyoming park by the authorities. Teton County Coroner Dr Brent Blue confirmed the vlogger's death was a homicide but the immediate cause of death is still unclear as police are still waiting for the final autopsy results.

Did Gabby Petito draw on the postcards?

On one postcard from Arches National Park, there are drawings of rocks apparently by Gabby. However, sleuths doubt she actually drew them. "Gabby was a talented artist," one sleuth said, according to the Sun. "Seems she could do much better than this."

This comes after social media reports suggested that Brian wrote Gabby's final Instagram posts. Online sleuths have suggested that the second-last post made on her Instagram account was using pictures that were taken weeks before. And that the lengthy captions were "not like her." It was posted on August 19 which showed Gabby lying in the bed in the back of the van with Brian sitting at the base. There was also a second photo shot from above of their van.

"Almost immediately after telling @bizarre_design_ how happy it made me to see that people were truly respectful of the park, I watched some guy leave his processed pre-packaged plastic conglomerate of lunch garbage on the picnic table!" the post was captioned, tagging Brian's account. Social media users grew suspicious after they found out that Gabby had already used the first picture in her highlight 'Van Life' three weeks before and tagged Brian which meant he would have access to the photo.
