Video of brave jewelry store owner protecting his store from smash-and-grab mob goes viral
A surveillance footage clip shows how fearlessly a Californian jewelry store owner took the law into his own hands and fended off the armed robbers. As seen in the video, one of the thieves rammed into his store and smashed the displays with his hammer. As the owner, Usman Bhatti tackled him, another thief tried to grab some jewels but the owner was quick on his feet. This happened on Friday, January 28 at around 1 pm.
As witnessed in recent headlines, there have been tons of robbery-related crimes lately. Owing to the soft policies of progressives, this is easily the third incident of robbery in the Bay Area. This smash and grab seem to have been attempted by five 20-year old or teenage boys.

Who is Usman Bhatti?
Usman Bhatti is the owner of Maaz Jewelers. This jewelry store is located in Tanofran Mall in San Bruno, California. The footage shows how two armed robbers entered his store but were unsuccessful in committing the crime. The first robber slammed inside and broke a display with his hammer. Immediately, Bhatti ran and pushed the man. As the robber tried to fight back, Bhatti quickly took out his gun and pointed at him, forcing the robber to flee.
A fraction of a second later, another robber tried to enter the store, but as Bhatti pointed his gun at him, he ran away. While speaking of this incident with FOX KTVU, Bhatti said, "I’m not trying to be a hero or a macho man..it just happened very quick and I had no choice."
Bhatti has a concealed carry permit. The police have confirmed that no weapons were used in this incident, neither was anyone hurt. In a few frames of the footage, it seems like Bhatti raises a crowbar to hit one of the five, but as confirmed by authorities, no one was injured.
The footage has been shared on Twitter.

do you know, ABC, that even in this state of CA, a legally purchased gun (no ‘license’ needed) can be carried any which way you want at your home, property, business and camp site ?
