Spoilers for Season 7 Episode 6: 'Our Wedding Dre'

It was a beautiful day for the Johnsons and their fans as Pops and Ruby tied the knot, once again, in a beautiful, serene, intimate wedding ceremony. But while tears streamed down everybody's faces, a chunk of fans also managed to notice that one fella was significantly missing from the wedding. Namely, baby DeVante Johnson. What really happened to him? Who even knows. As fans have pointed out, he appears to be 'Blackish's version of Judy from "Family Matters".'

DeVante, for those who don't remember him due to his absolute absence from the show, is Bow and re's fifth child. The show had left fans both shocked and surprised at the end of Season 2 when they revealed Bow was pregnant once again. After that, DeVante has been here and there, often missing, more of the time not even spoken about. Fans have always found it off, with them pouring in on Reddit asking "Anyone remember DeVante? Remember that arc where they added a baby that's rarely seen? I wonder what the lil guy's been up to."

Fans have always been concerned about baby DeVante and his updates and had a problem with the way the show has significantly missed out on bringing him up. But not including the little man in his own grandparents' wedding was taking it too far.

Flocking to Twitter, fans expressed there anger writing: "where is DeVante!??? I’m so confused as to why he wouldn’t be in tonight’s episode..." Another shared: "It's pretty much official: @blackishabc has Judy Winslow'd little DeVante. If he wasn't at the wedding, then he doesn't exist anymore. What was the point of even introducing him if y'all were just gonna abandon his character?" Others also suggested: "Is Devante the ring bearer? We haven’t seen him all season." A fourth fan wrote: "Will we see Devante this episode?! It's like he doesn't exist. Is he turning into Blackish's version of Judy from "Family Matters"? LOL" Another chimed in: "Real talk...why do babies always disappear on black tv shows? #blackish #power #empire #manymore."

But those rooting for the young DeVante will find peace knowing he was addressed once in the Season 6 Halloween episode where Dre claims: "Now that the twins are grown, we're never ever [trick-or-treating] again," and Junior, who has been the child's primary caregiver since birth, has to practically remind his parents about their youngest. "Oh yeah, I forget. We have another one," replies Bow, and Junior hits back, "Guys, if you're just going to treat DeVante like this, we should have just left him at the fire station." So DeVante is there, He probably is just camera shy.

'Black-ish' Seaosn 7 airs on Wednesdays at 9.30 pm only on ABC.
