The next episode of 'Black-ish' Season 7aka Episode 11, will air in just a short week's time on Tuesday, February 9, at its usual 9 pm slot, only on ABC. Titled 'First Trap', the episode kicks off in the wake of Bow's ecstatic promotion. The official synopsis reveals "After Bow makes history as the first Black female partner at her hospital, Dre feels like he is not supporting the Black community as much as he would like and tries to convince Stevens & Lido to hire another Black executive. Meanwhile, after her promotion, Bow struggles with the burden of being a Black, female trailblazer at her hospital and tries to mentor others."
Written by Melanie Boysaw and directed by Chris Robinson, the episode will see Bow, who already struggles with keeping quiet about how she's a doctor, even though she's an emergency nurse, probably suffer the same issue with this big news. Will Bow remind people she's accomplished more than anybody else as often as she pulls the doctor reminder? Only time shall tell.
'First Trap' follows Episode 10 titled 'What about Gary?' that sees Rob Huebel guest star as the titular character 'Gary'. The official synopsis for the episode reveals "Going against Bow's warning, Dre tries to educate her white cousin Gary about how to be an ally. Meanwhile, Olivia is trying to impress Junior's family by attempting to psychoanalyze everyone and their relationships with each other."
