This might come as a shocker for many but 'Black-ish' has once again changed its designated air date. After becoming notorious for airing on random days of the week last season, this year the ABC comedy stuck to a steady Wednesday night schedule. But that was until the show went on its winter break over a month ago, on December 2, 2020, with Season 7 Episode 8, titled 'Compton Around the Christmas Tree'.

Tonight's Episode 9 is the grand winter premiere with 'Black-ish' now moving to Tuesdays at 9 pm on the same network. Wondering if more curveballs are on the way with the schedule for the rest of the season? Read on to find out when 'Black-ish' airs next.

According to TV listings, 'Black-ish Season 7 will air Episode 10 just next week, on Tuesday, February 2, at 9 pm only on ABC. Titled 'What About Gary?', the episode will see Rob Huebel guest-starring as the titular Gary. The official synopsis of the episode reveals "Going against Bow's warning, Dre tries to educate her white cousin Gary about how to be an ally. Meanwhile, Olivia is trying to impress Junior's family by attempting to psychoanalyze everyone and their relationships with each other."

Huebel is an acclaimed actor in the comedy genre. Also a writer, he is best known for his sketch comedy work on the MTV series 'Human Giant 'and for his role of Dr. Owen Maestro on the Adult Swim series 'Children's Hospital'. He also starred as Len Novak on the Amazon show 'Transparent'. Right before the show went on break, the last episode aka the Christmas special also saw Christina Anthony reprise her role of Aunt Denise in a cameo and since then, fans have been aching to see that shade fest between her and Bow's mother-in-law, Ruby, so soon.

Written by Edgar Momplaisir and directed by Natalia Anderson, this episode will follow the Season 7 winter premiere, 'Black out'. Written by Robb Chavis and directed by Gail Lerner, "When the power goes out in the neighborhood, Dre's instinct is to go into survival mode and stockpile on essentials, while Bow focuses on helping their neighbors. Meanwhile, Junior desperately searches for a place to charge his phone to get in touch with Olivia."

'Black-ish' Season 7 will now air on Tuesdays at 9 pm only on ABC.
