Rumors of Henry Cavill's cameo as Superman in 'Black Adam' continue to do the rounds, and one of the latest developments with that storyline is the new suit that the Kryptonian may wear in the credits scene. Earlier this year, a designer took to Twitter with a new suit version of the Man of Steel.

The Twitter account known as @AaronBaileyArt posted artwork in his new suit. It was captioned: Didn't know if I wanted to post this as I had some issues with Instagram... This is the suit concept I was commissioned to do for #HenryCavillSuperman I'll get into the details eventually if I can but, enjoy! #ArtistOnTwitter." A blurry leaked image did the rounds on Reddit as well, but many of the fans failed to believe that the suit was a possibility.

Some of the comments on Reddit were all about fans doubting the authenticity of the leak. "Is this supposed to be the scene in the movie because it looks more like promotional material than a scene," one of the comments read. This was seconded by another that said, "No chance it’s real Bc y tf is it so blurry but the suit looks really dope. Hopefully, someone can debunk this soon so I don’t dream on abt this."

Another wrote: "Letting all these rumors circulate and hiding the villain of the movie making it seem like Black Adam is going to fight some huge name character general audiences know is really going to bite WB in the ass. It's really stupid that they've kept the demon dude a secret, he isn't worth keeping a secret it looks like they're actually embarrassed that he's another lame CGI monster." Whether the suit or Superman's appearance is real remains to be seen, but the rumor mills will surely continue to throw up interesting trivia.

The official synopsis of the movie reads, "From New Line Cinema, Dwayne Johnson stars in the action-adventure 'Black Adam'. The first-ever feature film to explore the story of the DC Super Hero comes to the big screen under the direction of Jaume Collet-Serra ('Jungle Cruise'). Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the ancient gods—and imprisoned just as quickly—Black Adam (Johnson) is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world."

'Black Adam' releases on October 21, 2022, in the United States.
