'Big Sky' is a popular American crime drama thriller series created by David E Kelley, based on The Highway series of books by C J Box T. On ABC, the series premiered in the 2020–21 television season on November 17, 2020. In May 2021, the thriller series was renewed for a second season which is scheduled to premiere on September 30, 2021. David is a multi-Emmy and Golden Globe award winner and known for his work on 'Ally McBeal', 'Big Little Lies', 'Picket Fences', 'Boston Legal', 'Goliath' and, 'Mr Mercedes' among several other series.

The series shows private detectives Cassie Dewell and Cody Hoyt join forces with his estranged wife and ex-cop, Jenny Hoyt, to be on the lookout for two sisters, who have been kidnapped on a remote highway in Montana. 'Big Sky' Season 2 has moved to New Mexico, while the first season was filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia. 'Big Sky' Season 2 will premiere on Thursday, September 30, 2021, at 10 pm ET, only on ABC.
