The houseguests had breakfast together and spent most of the morning chatting. Additionally, Joseph called Kimo 'baby' more than twice during their conversation. Although this flirty exchange was captured on the Live feed, it did not make it to the final cut of the episode.
The CBS show houseguests are yet to confess their feelings for each other, but Joseph has previously complimented Kimo, saying he looked 'cute'. Although Kimo and Joseph haven't made their relationship official, their budding romance has received a green light from viewers.

During the previous episode, 'Big Brother' Season 26 star Kimo Apaka opened up about revealing his sexuality to his family. He shared that his father is a minister and that he grew up in a church. "I provided lots of life stability in ways but yeah just growing older, I was just very me growing up," Kimo said.
Kimo admitted, "Luckily my family is incredibly loving and the idea of family across our culture is incredibly important." He further claimed that he never felt unsafe or unloved while growing up in the church adding, "That doesn't neglect the fact that I didn't feel understood." He further revealed, "I actually never got to come out to my dad, he passed before I could come out to him."
