LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In 'Big Brother' Season 26, the Veto competition is a critical event that can influence the week’s eviction plans. This week, Leah Peters and Cedric Hodges are focusing on getting Lisa Weintraub evicted. They plan to use the Veto to change the nominations and remove Lisa from the game.

The Veto competition gives one houseguest the power to save a nominee from eviction or to make other strategic moves. Leah and Cedric, who are working together, hope to win the Veto or influence the outcome to ensure Lisa's eviction. In 'Big Brother,' the Power of Veto (POV) allows one of the nominated houseguests to be saved from eviction. A houseguest who wins the Veto competition gains the power to remove one of the nominees from the block. Once a nominee is saved, the Head of Household (HOH) must choose a replacement nominee. This replacement is put on the block in place of the saved houseguest.

For this week in 'Big Brother' Season 26, the three houseguests nominated for eviction are Kenney Kelley, Angela Murray and Lisa Weintraub.

The winner of the Veto competition will have the chance to save themselves from this eviction, and the HOH will then select a new houseguest to take the saved nominee's place on the block.

Who won the Head of Household this week?

This week on 'Big Brother' Season 26, the Head of Household (HOH) competition was won by Chelsie Baham.  During the episode, the HOH challenge was called "Animal Obsession," where houseguests had to answer true or false questions about animal-related videos.

Chelsie emerged victorious after correctly answering the final question, securing her position as the new HOH. As HOH, she has the power to nominate three houseguests for eviction and control the week’s proceedings in the house.

"Houseguests, what a ride. I'm thankful for all of you guys continue to play this game with morals and integrity," Matt shared after being eliminated.
