'Big Brother' Season 23 is gearing towards its first eviction. Without a doubt, it's going to be an interesting one. Hannah Chaddha may be the youngest but she seems to be playing her cards right. More about that and showmances in a bit.

While you predict the first elimination, here are a few hit reality titles you can binge on the side: 'Too Hot To Handle' Season 2, 'The Circle' Season 2, 'Love Island' Season 3, and 'Love Is Blind' Season 1

Coming back to Chaddha's strategy. She has always maintained how showmances can be cute but it's not for her. Ahead of the premiere, she told CBS how she cannot wait to backstab housemates. "I can’t WAIT to play the game and eat, sleep, breathe Big Brother for the summer. I’m excited for the whole Big Brother experience, even being on slop, taking cold showers, and sleeping in the Have-Not room. It’s been my dream to backstab and blindside the other houseguests all the way to the end."

In a widely-shared clip obtained from the live feed footage, she is seen whispering how much she likes Derek Xiao. However, she was quick to admit that she was not in the house for building romantic relationships. These somewhat contrasting statements left fans confused. However, we speculate it could be a part of her strategy because why not? For ages, we have seen how alliances work, especially romantic ones. This could be either headed in that direction or end up being a genuine bond.

"Posted 2:53am: Hannah comes in to talk to Britini and Azah. Hannah says people do not know me. I am not here for a showmance. Hanhan says she is too good for all the guys in the house. They say she is a queen. #BB23 #BBLF," a fan commented, while another pointed out: "Okay, Hannah keeps saying she's not here for a showmance, but how many times have I heard her talk about the guys on the feeds, though? A little to much for my liking. The lady doth protest too much, methinks. #BB23."

A third tweeted: "Hannah: I do have a crush on Derek X, I must admit. He knows it too. But I’m not here for a showmance you know Aww so adorable #BB23." "HANNAH CONFESSED TO LIKING DEREK X AND THAT HE ALREADY KNOWS. IT’S JUST A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE THE SHIP ACTUALLY SETS SAIL. #bb23," one other wrote.

Joining Chaddha and Xiao on the journey to $500,000 are Alyssa Lopez, Azah Awasum, Brandon 'Frenchie' French, Derek Frazier, Britini D'Angelo, Christie Valdiserri, Sarah Steagall, Christian Birkenberger, Kyland Young, Tiffany Mitchell, Travis Long, Whitney Williams, and Xavier Prather.
