Is Barry an FBI informant now?

In the concluding moments of the episode, Fuches tries to find Barry in the prison, but it turns out he is not there. Someone named Tomas is now in his prison cell and in his absence seems the FBI and Barry have FINALLY struck a deal. Fuches was absolutely furious at what he saw and when he asked about Barry, the new inmate said, “He got moved to special housing.”

Fuches calls Hank to let him know that Barry has taken the deal and is going to tell everything to the FBI. After a long moment of silence, Hanks makes it clear that they need to kill Barry before he spits everything out.

Will Barry tell everything to the FBI? Or Hank will be able to kill him before anything big happens? Also, who did Barry take with him? Things are getting pretty intense for Barry and it’s only going to get more and more problematic from here.
