LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: After an extraordinary start to Season 4, the HBO series ‘Barry’ sees the titular character trying to adjust to prison life. During the premiere, we saw how he going into trouble with a police officer when he confessed that he is a “cop killer.” The episode ended on a bittersweet note for Barry (Bill Hader) as Fuches found him lying on the floor and his face covered in blood. They hugged each other and it might be the start of a good relationship between them. Now, we know Fuches wanted to strike a deal with the FBI so that he could get out of prison and have a good life. But it seems he dropped the plans of becoming an informant because of Barry’s condition.

The second episode of ‘Barry’ Season 4 begins with the titular character having another flashback of his childhood. He is having a hard time realizing that he has been caught and is in a prison now, On the other hand, Fuches has done the unthinkable by giving up his deal with the FBI in order to help Barry. He hires a powerful lawyer to get himself and Barry out of prison. Fuches tries to make a gang inside the prison so that he and Barry could be protected while their lawyer tries to work on their case. However, the idea of forming a gang went horribly wrong.

Did Barry confess to the FBI?

As the episode progresses, we see the lawyer coming to the prison in order to meet Fuches and Barry. He wanted to talk about the case, but it seems Barry has not reached there and Fuches is now getting nervous. Viewers get a shock of a lifetime when it is revealed that Barry is now speaking with the FBI and is planning to strike a plea deal. He wants to be an informant for the FBI and the officers make him understand that they need to know about everything he did. Barry makes it clear that he can give them all the information about the diabolical gangs working in the US and they can catch them without any effort.

Barry also confessed that he worked for international crime syndicates and that he can give all the information to the FBI, but he has only one request: he wants to take someone with him.

Is Barry an FBI informant now?

In the concluding moments of the episode, Fuches tries to find Barry in the prison, but it turns out he is not there. Someone named Tomas is now in his prison cell and in his absence seems the FBI and Barry have FINALLY struck a deal. Fuches was absolutely furious at what he saw and when he asked about Barry, the new inmate said, “He got moved to special housing.”

Fuches calls Hank to let him know that Barry has taken the deal and is going to tell everything to the FBI. After a long moment of silence, Hanks makes it clear that they need to kill Barry before he spits everything out.

Will Barry tell everything to the FBI? Or Hank will be able to kill him before anything big happens? Also, who did Barry take with him? Things are getting pretty intense for Barry and it’s only going to get more and more problematic from here.
