It's an hour from now when fans of Bachelorverse will finally be able to indulge themselves with a brand new season of the 'Bachelorette'. The season was originally slated to release this year on May 18. The cast and crew had already begun shooting and as we all know coronavirus pandemic struck, pulling off a force stop on millions of lives and businesses around the globe. However, before the show could go on a break, Clare had made a decision that she would probably not return back to filming whenever they planned to resume. Why is that so? It seems like Clare had found herself the man of her dreams just 12 days after filming the show. She found love with one of her suitors, Dale Moss, and she was just not ready to film the rest of the season, according to a Vulture report. To some, this might seem like a power move. The woman knows what her heart wants and isn't afraid to lead with it. This news was well-received by a lot of people who felt she did the right thing standing up for herself, an extension from her season where she stood up to Juan Pablo Galavis. Juan allegedly whispered some nasties in her ear while on a helicopter ride and offended by that she had decided to shame him on TV. All of that transformed her into a hero overnight, however, is that what the truth is? Her co-suitress from the show, Nikki Ferrell, who also ended up winning that season has a completely different story to tell about Clare's real-life persona.

Clare had caused a stir during the finale, making the impression that she was standing for herself while Nikki accepted the final rose from Juan Pablo. It's been a couple of years since that incident but the issues between Nikki and Clare still remain rampant. The former in an interview with Bachelorverse alum Nick Viall, for his podcast began, “We did not reconcile, but I feel like there was never a relationship to reconcile.” She said, “I don’t really think about her, I don’t really care and I think [she] probably feels the same way about me. I don’t hate her, [but] we are not friends. We’re never going to be friends.” There is clearly no love between the two but when asked, the former couldn't really place her finger on what led to her dislike for Clare.

“I don’t think there was anything we disagreed on, we just didn’t like each other,” Ferrell told Viall. “She saw me as a threat to her relationship, and me not liking her, I just didn’t like her. … I didn’t like the way she acted," she said of her time back then on Season 18 of 'Bachelor.' Ferrell also went ahead to say that Clare isn’t as congenial as she appeared and the only reason they never became friends was because the former wasn't “one to fake a friendship” with anyone, according to US Magazine.“And I think that probably bothered her,” Ferrell explained. “I didn’t really care about her. I didn’t care about the dates she went on. I didn’t care about anything. Not in a malicious way. … I’m the kind of person where I don’t have, like, a ton of friends, but the friends I do choose to let in, I’m very close with.”

Nikki also didn't have great words to share for Clare who left the show with Dale after falling in love with him. “I just don’t think she’s, like, emotionally stable,” Ferrell said to Viall on the podcast. “I don’t really know what’s happening. … Everyone deserves love, so [if she did fall in love in two weeks], good for her, I’ll pray for him.”
