LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Despite the fact that Micah Lussier and Kaz Bishop do not just seek each other during Season 2 of 'Perfect Match' on Netflix, they conclude the season together and look to be stronger than ever. But, after everything they've gone through, from Micah's concerns about Kaz, to his abandoning her for newcomer Christine Obanor, are Micah and Kaz still together?

Even though fans are already aware that Kaz and Micah are not the "perfect match" among the five couples in the season finale, they nevertheless bring the program to a satisfying conclusion. In fact, Micah expresses in the epilogue that she can't wait to be away from the turmoil.

However, appearances may be deceiving, and these couples frequently experience harsh realities.

After 'Perfect Match', there seems to be a strong likelihood that Kaz and Micah are still dating. Micah announced on Instagram on June 1, 2024, that she was moving to Los Angeles permanently.

A day later, on June 4, 2024, Kaz released pictures from what appeared to be a vacation to the city. Given that the Netflix Summer Break event also took place in Los Angeles at that same time, perhaps it is simply a huge coincidence.

Micah teased her current relationship status on Instagram a few days before the show's conclusion. She posted several pictures of herself and Kaz during their time on the show.

He isn't mentioned in any of the pictures, though.

Kaz has only shared a single image of Micah from 'Perfect Match'. He stated, "This experiment is not for the faint of heart!" in the caption.

Kaz Bishop reconnects with Micah Lussier after a brief match with Christine Obanor in 'Perfect Match' Season 2

When Kaz first meets Christine in Season 2 of 'Perfect Match', their relationship takes a major hit. In the end, Kaz finds that his feelings for Micah are far greater than his desire to pursue Christine, even if he chooses to break up with Micah.

"I've been through, like, a lot of emotions with Micah," Kaz admits to Stevan Ditter in the 'Perfect Match' finale. "I'm finding it hard to switch that off and move on."

Additionally, he acknowledges that after meeting Christine and things with Micah took a bad turn, his mind "got scrambled". Consequently, Kaz returns to Micah at the beginning of the climax episode.

Kaz Bishop dubbed 'biggest scammer' by 'Perfect Match' Season 2 female costars

Kaz and Micah are put on the hot seat along with the other contenders before everyone votes for the most suitable pair. In defense of her relationship, Micah asserts that there isn't a "right path" through the program.

She notes that their relationship ended amicably with Kaz. He concurs, saying that the trials they faced helped them to mature.

Christine and Holly Scarfone, though, are not persuaded. Holly claims that Kaz did "weaponize his relationship" by using other women.

He's described as "the biggest scammer sitting here today" by Christine. She keeps criticizing him, coming to the conclusion that Micah deserves more and that Kaz's ideal partner must be the devil.

The only competitor who speaks out in favor of Micah and Kaz is Izzy Zapata.

Kaz Bishop and Micah Lussier slam 'Perfect Match' costars for questioning relationship

The current state of Kaz and Micah's relationship is not updated in the program. However, in separate interviews, the two did talk candidly about the difficulties they had living in the house with TODAY.com.

Since Kaz and Micah had more private talks in their villa's private area, he theorizes that the other candidates doubted their bond. “As soon as those bedroom doors closed, you know, we was getting to know each other a bit more personally,” he reveals.

"We had our own banter, and a lot of times they didn’t really get to see that." He adds that he felt compelled to defend their situation to other contestants.

According to Micah, who spoke with TODAY.com, she believes that the other competitors targeted them in the villa because they were a strong pair. "But I think, for the most part, it was probably questioning our relationship," she states in reference to Kaz getting picked out on dates with other women.

"I mean, we were together the longest out of everyone in the house. So there’s probably the aspect of like, 'Oh, there is a longevity there'. But, at the same time, I think a lot of people didn’t really understand our relationship."

She supports Kaz's claim that the other stars mostly evaluated the cast members based on their disagreements rather than their personal relationships. "I think they just kind of didn’t understand that there was something of substance there, and they wanted to test it," Micah states.

She continues, "And then Kaz was just quite easily the weak link when it came to, like, flirting with everyone and their mom and their granny."

In addition, Kaz talks about their many arguments and admits that, after being put to the test, he occasionally had doubts about their relationship. He discloses that there were hearsays of their relationship going around the villa.

"Everyone was talking. And some people might have gotten the wrong end of the stick, and that then led to, you know, me hearing about it, and then having to confront Micah, which then led to different arguments," he describes. "It kind of all then (looks) like we don’t get on."

He adds, "But generally, we did a lot of the time, just 5%... 10…maybe 20% of the time we didn’t."
